After Tommy drove Vince home, he followed the blonde into the house before slamming the door shut, startling Mick. He'd decided not go out to the bar tonight because he "wasn't in the mood to put up with their shit." 

"Whoa, what's got you all riled up, kid?" 

"I've got a bassist to kill. Where the fuck is Sixx?!"Tommy yelled through clenched teeth. Mick almost looked afraid of the drummer as he pointed down the hallway. Vince stared after him, biting his lip,"Sh-should I...?"

"No, Vince. Just sit down, it'll work itself out,"Mick drawled. Vince sighed, nodding and sitting next to the guitarist.

Meanwhile Tommy slammed the door of Nikki's room open, nearly ripping it off it's hinges,"SIXX, YOU'VE GOT SOME FUCKING EXPLAINING TO DO!"

Nikki whipped around, a cigarette dangling from his lips,"Tch...the fuck are you talking about, T?"

"You know...exactly what I am talking about you fucking cocksucker!"He jabbed a finger into the bassist's chest as hard as he could,"Do you fucking know how hard it is to come out? Especially to someone you love? Nikki, you're worth the world to him and what did you do when he told you?"

Nikki was silent, cold green eyes narrowing. He crossed his arms over his chest and scoffed, refusing to answer.

'Immature, little BITCH,'Tommy felt tears of frustration prick the corners of his eyes as his hands curled into fists,"He loves you more than anything, Nikki. And you spat in his face for it!"

"Why the fuck should I care what he thinks? He's just another blonde bitch to me. Sure he'd be a good fuck but...taking him out on dates? Holding hands? Please, that's fucking gross!"

Lee shook his head, blinking slowly. He couldn't believe this was his best friend standing in front of him. He turned around, walking back to the door,"Fine, have it your way, CUNT! If you're going to treat Vince like trash. I'll be there for him instead. I will give him the love he deserves. Fuck. you." He slammed the door, not awaiting the bassist's reply.

When he came back out into the living room, he sighed heavily and went over to Vince who was talking quitely with Mick. The guitarist smiled,"I'm gonna go talk to Nikki. You two have fun~"

Vince blushed and stuttered at the seductive tone in Mars' voice. Mick just laughed and walked down the hall.

Tommy took the blonde's hands in his own,"I'm guessing you wanna leave for a while after hearing that huh?"

"Yeah...I don't really wanna be around...." Vince trailed off as he stood up. Tommy nodded in understanding,"Well, there's a really nice restaurant I know of and I was wondering if I could take you out on a date. Just to...test the waters a little?" Tommy bit his lip, heart pounding as he awaited Vince's answer. After a while, Neil smiled and nodded,"Yeah, I'd like that a lot...."

When the walked into the restaurant, Vince seemed stunned by the atmosphere. White table cloths, a candle on each table, red velvet curtains hanging on tall windows. It had to be a four or five star place. "Tommy...you don't have to do all this. Don't waste your money on me."

"Shush, baby. Don't worry about a thing, I'm treating you after all you've been through," He nuzzled the top of Vince's head. The blonde giggled softly,"Tommy, you're nose is tickling me!"

A waitress came out and seated them, a knowing smile on her face. She looked at Vince, flicked her eyes toward Tommy. Neil blushed as Tommy ordered their food. He didn't catch what it was.

Lee took Vince's hands once again, stroking the back of his hands with his thumbs. He gazed into Vince's eyes, his own filled with a warmth that comforted the singer to his very core.

"I'm sorry for what Nikki did to you, Vinny. I stayed out of the way because I know how much he means to you. But now that...ah, I'm being selfish aren't I. I'm sorry I'll shut up."

They sat in silence for a while. Tommy looked down at their intertwined hands, murmuring sweet nothings. Vince smiled,'Tommy's being so sweet to me. And he's gone to so much trouble to make me happy. Not to mention he looks gorgeous in this candle light....'

He leaned in, tilting Lee's chin up. He smiled when he heard the drummer's breath hitch,"Vi-Vinny?"

"You've gone above and beyond to make me happy, Tommy. You're gorgeous and sweet and so selfless. I know I said I needed time but....I really think I'm falling for you, baby."

Tommy gasped and he took Neil's face gently in his hands,"You are? Don't you want to wait a little longer?" 

"I...No, I don't wanna wait. I feel so connected to you, my heart flutters when I'm near you. I love you, Tommy. More than I ever have Nikki," Neil replied, their lips brushing as Tommy leaned in closer.

"I love you, too,"Tommy whispered, caressing the blonde's face. The singer purred happily,"Ehehe, this is so cheesy. I bet you can see the pink glow and hearts floating off of us right now!"

Lee wasted no time in kissing Vince as passionately as his soul would allow him to. Vince whimpered happily into the kiss, gripping the drummer's forearms firmly.

Vince was so in love, he practically forgot a certain bassist's name. Tommy was there for him. Tommy was all he needed.
