The sun had decided to hide behind the clouds making the Kolkata weather gloomy. Just like my current mood. I was lying on my stomach stretched on my bed. My eyes couldn't decide where to fix the gaze – the view outside the window or the mirror on my dressing table. I couldn't help but compare the outside sky with my expressionless face. Everything seemed dull and boring.

Generally shoot days for me were filled with heavy dose of excitement. But today I just couldn't get myself out of this damn bed. Since I came back from Chitra's house early morning I had locked myself in the room. My mother called me for breakfast but I had declined and now it was already lunchtime.

Neither did I sleep nor did I leave my bed. I was simply lying there with my mind constantly going back to last night's conversation with Nupur. When Rai charged Nupur she had first hesitated. Rai mentioned she had seen her that night hiding and watching everything that happened. So Nupur didn't have any choice but to admit.

However I was shocked to see she shamelessly admitted she did it all to get into a relationship with Mahen. "It's true that I had seen you people that day but I kept quiet because of two reasons. First I was relatively a new kid into your circle so Mahen obviously knew better whom to believe and secondly I wouldn't have spoiled my chance of getting into a relationship with Mahen. Even today, if he didn't have feelings for Deepa I would have tried to revive our relationship," Nupur explained.

After that conversation I don't know why but Rai was adamant that I must talk to Mahen and tell him everything. She doubted that Nupur wasn't telling the whole truth and she also feared Shekhar might show his true colours once again.

I sighed, among all this drama atleast one thing was clear. Mahen was still harbouring feelings for me. Somewhere I too was still in love with him but I cannot deny the fact that things were too complicated between us. Oh how I missed those carefree days of high school. I just wish I could revisit that high school romance.

I flipped around and stared at the ceiling. Turning my head I looked at my cupboard debating with my mind whether to take out that box or not. By now it had started to drizzle outside.

My phone rang. It was Lofa calling. I knew why she was calling. But I was not in the mood to discuss work. My mind was too occupied to even think anything else other than my high school days. Putting my phone into vibration mode I completely ignored the call and lifted myself up from the bed.

A quick shiver ran down my body as my feet touched the cold marble floor. Finally deciding to open the box I took long strides towards the cupboard and opened it. From behind the pile of my old clothes in the top shelf I struggled to take out that box, full of school memories. I had kept in a corner where I do not have to see it again. But even if I tried to forget, it was always clear in my head where I had put the box.

It was a little heavy so I settled it on the floor quickly. Well secured with thick cello tapes the plain cardboard box contained the most precious mementoes I gathered throughout my school life. Scrapbooks, notes, letters and more. When I did that disastrous result in 12th grade I had sealed all these and hid them in my cupboard. In the hope to forget the sad parts of my school life.

Tearing up the cello tapes I opened the box though I didn't know whether I was ready to walk down the memory lane or not. The first thing that was kept at the top covering all other stuff of the box was the school memory book. It was much like an annual yearbook but in our school it only had the details of the 12th grade students. It was called the Memorina.
