Chapter 18

Kaito felt himself being strapped on something, and he couldn't move. His Indigo eyes opened soon and he felt on the inside panic. Of course, he wouldn't show it on his face. His poker face intact and no way in hell would he break it. But that made him wonder what had happ-oh, of course, he got kidnapped, again.

"Heh, our dear Kid-sama finally is awake.~"

The voice was unfamiliar and the tone which was used was in a mock tone. That made him look at the person and he had to hold in a shudder. That grin meant nothing good for him. The male's eyes had a dangerous glint, the door got opened and he cursed silently now. This person was none other than Snake. Of course, that male would kidnap him.

"Good, let's get this over with. You can do whatever you want but no killing. I want to make him pay."

The other's grin widens at this and this time he shuddered, but his poker face intact. Kaito was strapped on both of his legs, both arms as well his wrists, and as well his stomach. He couldn't move and yes before you lovely readers ask, he did try to move them. Kaito knew that this won't be pleasant...

'Please hurry Shin-chan...'

By now his whole body had bruises, cuts, some broken bones, his face was swollen from getting punched into his face. As well as soaking wet which made him feel freezing cold.

"I ask again and you better answer or you will have more broken bones. Tell me where the fuck did you have hidden that damn motherfucking gem."

Kaito wouldn't tell, they can try to injure him more. He. Would. Not. Tell. That. Bastard. Where. Pandora. Was. By now he glared at the other male in front of him, and his body felt in pain. So much that he felt numb, and that wasn't a good thing. It was a surprise that he hadn't passed out.  He knew that the other wouldn't stop his torture. Soon there were some shouts and he began to be relieved. The male who has still tortured him, punching him straight into his face.

"I never will tell you bastard."

He growled back, weak but had still an impact as the other was shivering at the cold tone he used. Soon the door was kicked open and his eyes trailed up to two shocked people, his sight blurry by now. At least he finally was rescued. With this, he passed out.

Shinichi and Hakuba were running around and the building was in pure chaos by now. Many shouting and many shooting sounds were heard. The Sapphire eyed male and the Azure eyed male had both guns in their hands. Shinichi's eyes narrowed as people dared to shoot at them. He just wanted this to be over with. His eyes were cold and collected and right now he wasn't caring that these motherfuckers would die. He was furious at them for kidnapping something that was his.

With ease, he hit his target, but never to kill. Why should he? Shinichi wouldn't be better when he would kill them. But in the end, why should he care, they shot at him first. But he wouldn't kill these people, as they could give them a good amount of information. That was why they just had shot them in their knee cap after all they couldn't walk them anymore.

The brit was shooting them as well, with the same cold eyes, but there was something else seen, which Shinichi knew. Soon they came to a room, why Hakuba knew that Kaito was there, was something that the other hadn't told him. Right now he couldn't care about this. So kicked the door was kicked open, by him of course and he froze. Kaito was bloody, soaking wet and bruises lingering on his skin. Not just that his face was swollen. He saw the other still be awake which made him grimace as it must have been pure will for the other to stay awake.

He didn't wait any longer as he shot the other in his knee cap as well. He was furious with that bastard, but killing him won't change anything and he knew this. He rushed over and signaling the other to make sure that the asshole of bastard wouldn't try anything fishy. The other gave a nod and rushed to that male who was groaning in pain. Who cares about that asshole anyway? Him for sure not,  he couldn't care that he would die, but Shinichi was a detective. So, of course, he had to make sure that this asshole doesn't die.

He huffed as he strapped his crush away, and observed his injuries and grit his teeth. How much had he had to suffer before they finally arrived? Now he wished he wouldn't have listened to his father. An annoyed tsk escaped as he glared at the male which he had shot.

"Hakuba, hope you have made sure that this bastard won't die."

"Of course, wouldn't want him to die after all he can still be used for information. Hurry Kaito needs medical attention, I will be alright alone."

The first thing was said in the same cold yet angered tone than his, but the last was said in a concerning manner.

"Yeah, don't let your guard down, you hear. Wouldn't want my crush to worry for you."

The other smiled softly now and giving him a nod and soon his expression was sharp again. He carefully picked the injured male up in bridal style. The other let out a whimper which made him grimace. Right now he seemed so fragile and in pain. He hurried outside and let out a sigh as he saw that it ended. The medics instantly rushed over and he was brought to the hospital. They let him drive, and the police didn't stop him. He was lucky as he had just some bullet wounds which just gazed at him. That could wait, but as soon as he got to the hospital they got treated as well. Kaito had to get operated and he hoped just that he would not die...

God, I feel bad for writing curse words. I forgot about this fanfic, was writing on a crossover Spider-man x Avengers x Kaito kid. So yeah, and I am in a slump about the other fanfictions. I hope you enjoyed it and I see you all in the next chapter ja ne.~
