Athena's PoV:
It's time...
After we ate our foods, everyone dispersed to do their own things. The elite guards were sparring amongst themselves.
I fought against these guys back then because I wanted to train together with Ares. I was very happy and prideful that I managed to beat six of them together with my hoplites... but now... I got to see that it was wishful thinking on my part. Back then Leone, Caine and Hauzer didn't fight. Three other acolytes took their places. I remember Alexei amongst the guards back when we were sparring, I was curious because when they introduced themselves, he wasn't part of the eight.
The elite guards...
Are monsters amongst monsters. They're really on par with Ares. I remember the big guy, Alrick. Back then I defeated him easily. I thought that he was nothing but a brute who relied only on his big body... but I was wrong. He's extremely strong and fast. His twice Ares' height, but he can immediately appear in front of his enemies and crush them with a single strike. If he fought at his maximum strength back then, I still would've won but it would've been 60/40 percentage. That's how close the fight will be if we both fought to the maximum. Then there's the twins, Valerius and Viscerius. Valerius has red eyes while Viscerius has blue. Valerius is extremely strong while Viscerius's forte is more on speed. Individually they're extremely on a higher level compared to the other acolytes, but they're specialty is on joint attacks. Whenever they're working together, they're already high level becomes even higher. To the point that Ares has to use more force and become more careful with his attacks just to beat them.
With just this guys presence alone, they can dominate an entire battlefield. Seriously, their aura is domineering.
And there still those three...
Leone has golden eyes. His looks and aura is majestic... just like a lion. His hair is also like a lion's mane. His nails are like claws... sharp and deadly, like they can rip anything apart with ease. His teeth are also somewhat like fangs. From what I can see his one of top three strongest warriors in the whole acolyte group.
Hauzer always has a smile plastered on his face. His eyes are emerald green... its like your all alone in the middle of a forest when you looking in his eyes. The locks of his hair also has a tinge of green. Although his always smiling... if one's perception was high enough, they can feel the frightening aura around his body.
And the last of the top three is Caine. He has crimson red eyes. His eyes are sharp and cold. Whenever his with his siblings and Ares his always happy and carefree but when a fight starts his crimson eyes would emit a cold glare and a really ominous aura... that ominous aura was second only to Ares. From what I can process, Caine is the strongest acolyte of Ares while Leone and Hauzer are equal in strength.
While I was watching them spar, I felt a strong pair of arms engulf my waist. How did I get so lucky to be loved this much?
"How are you feeling love?" I greeted Ares with a soft purr next to his ear while nibbling them softly. "I'm feeling much better now that I get to embrace my perfect woman again." He replies while caressing my cheecks lightly with his lips. We were so engrossed with each other that we forgot where we were. "Get a room you two lovebirds! Hahahaha." Hauzer and the others shouted.
"Maybe later. We still have a war to fight." Ares replied cooly. I was taken a back. With that statement Hauzer and the others nodded and began to leave to prepare their things. When all of them left, I jumped up at Ares and locked my legs to his hips. I looked him in the eyes lovingly and vice versa and kissed passionately. We stayed like that for a couple of minutes before unlocking our lips for air. "I love you." We both said at the same time. "Hahaha... definitely later, we're gonna get a room for ourselves." I whispered to his ears with a seductive moan as I began to rock my hips to his. I can already feel his manhood straighten up against my womanhood. "Someone's getting excited." I said with a seductive smile. "I can't help it... you're really beautiful. And the oath we swore made our love making even hotter." Ares said with a seductive tone. I was surprised with his tone. I couldn't hold it any longer and ended up doing it right there on the sands of the arena. Good thing no one was around. And I quickly helped up Ares. I was still flustered after that intense sparring. I looked at Ares and saw him smiling at me. He fixed my armor and kissed me on the nose, eyes, cheeks, forehead, neck and finally on the mouth. All of his kisses were filled with his love. I put my arms around his neck while continuing to lock lips. After that he put his head against mine and held my hips. "You better come back to me after this war. I don't what I'd do if I were to lose you." Ares said with glassy eyes.
I was taken aback. Ares, the mighty and strongest warrior of Olympus is on the verge of tears... because of me... because his afraid to lose me. I cupped his cheeks and looked him in the eyes. "You are never going to lose me... because I love you to much that I'd be the same if I were to lose you too. Ares, I love you. You are my future husband. My one and only. And the only man that I'm happy to raise child a with. I love you very much." With that said, I kissed him, hard. Not a second to late his kissing back. "And I love you too. You are my future wife. My one and only. And the only woman that I'd have a child with. Athena, I love you very much." Ares said with a burning passion in his eyes. I held his hands and kissed his fingertips.
"Let's get going."
