If you struggle to remember to do so, or just find it difficult to do so, add 'bath/shower' to your diary or phone. Once again, you could set a reminder or alarm. Once you've bathed or showered, treat yourself to something nice. Maybe a quiet movie night with some snacks or a phone call with a friend. You made a big step today!
