Now, we each handle it differently but if you're doing something and you start getting stressed or annoyed, try moving on to something else, or just close your eyes for a few minutes and take a few breaths. It may not seem like much but it helps your body calm down any nerves that you may have/had.

Another technique you can use involves your senses. Try to centre yourself and pick three things you can see, smell, touch and hear. Feel free to continue doing this until you feel your breathing calm a little.
