Chapter 20 - Aashi/Prem

She did not want to kiss back. Aashi's head started to spin like crazy. She thought it was about to explode. Aashi had to sit down due to feeling so bad.
"Are you alright? What happened?"
Prem asked her worried.
It was like Aashi got struck by lightning.
Finally she understood why this was so so wrong. She was not engaged to Prem.
She was married to Arjun! Everything went into place like a puzzle. Aashi felt disgusted. So many thoughts were running through her mind. She had to get out of there as soon as possible.
Aashi needed Arjun now. She wanted to explain everything to him, to hug him, just to feel safe around him. She gathered her courage and confronted Prem. It was like a grenade had gone off.

"How dare you! What the bloody hell is going on! Why did you lie to me! And and how in your right mind did you allow yourself to kiss me!?"
Aashi yelled while tears running down her cheeks. Prem was shocked. Was he busted? Did all their plans get ruined.
Most importantly would this mean the end for him. Prem let out a sigh. He had lost her for once and for all.
"Aashi, calm down, what are you talking about?"
He calmly said. Prem tried to figure out what parts of her memory she had gained back.
"You, you disgusting liar, you're such a pig, I hate you and I never want to see you again! You made me believe I was engaged to you while I'm married to Arjun!"
She hissed. Aashi did not understand where she got that courage from, but she did. So she just walked up to him and slapped him as hard as she could.
"Maybe Arjun didn't do it that day, but I for sure did today. You better wish we'll never cross ways again!"
Aashi snapped. She did not let him speak any further, she just ran upstairs and packed her bags.

Luckily Aashi gained back her memory before anything else could have happened. God knows what else Prem would have done to her. She ran downstairs and tried to run past him when Prem grabbed her by her wrist.
"Let me go!" Aashi said frustrated.
Prem slowly started to loose his temper.
"I tried to protect you from that cheating bastard, I loved you and still do and if that makes me a bad person, then I'll accept my sins!" He yelled.
Aashi felt lost. One of the memories she did not want to gain back..

Aashi did not know what to do anymore. She was sure to leave that house, but where to go?
What if Arjun did not want her back.
She left Prem and that house and just walked. Aashi did not know where to, but she walked like there's no tomorrow. She remembered the event and how Elina was clinging on to him. Had he already moved on? Aashi remembered everything, him, the fight and the crash.. she also remembered how worried he was when he rushed into the hospital room. How did her life turn upside down like this? Aashi felt very weak. Her heart told her to run to Arjun, but her mind stopped her. What was she going to do?
