As I walked over to Mohe, I saw a  mad look on his face. I walked over with a confused look on my face.

"What's wrong, mi pequeño ciervo?" I walked over and sat next to him.

"Is it true?" He whispered. The air was tense.

Looked at him, and lightly laughed trying to lighten the mood. "What are you talking about, mi hijo?" I put my hand in his back.

He abruptly stood up, "You know exactly what I'm talking about."

It was silent for a few moments. Mohe looked at me.

"You're pregnant..."

I stood up with him. "Who told you that?"

He started to walk away from me. I stared at his back in shock, before I came to my senses. I ran and caught up with him. I grabbed his arm. "Who told you that?"

He jerked his arm away, "It doesn't matter, you're pregnant and you didn't tell me."

"I was going to," I grabbed his arm again. "I just didn't find the right time. I love you, and you are and will always be apart of this family. This baby can't change that. Te quiero."

He looked away from me once more. He walked away.

I frowned as I watched him walk-off. I looked around and saw other members of camp looking. I yelled in anger, "Don't just stare, this isn't some drama!" I walked to Fuego and was prepared to leave camp.

I was stopped by Charles. "What happened?"

I looked away from him and got on my horse. "I'm sorry Charles, I really don't want to talk about it, right now."

With that, I started to lead Fuego out of camp. I just needed time to think. How could he have known?

I tried to add it together in my mind, but I just ended up with nothing. I rode all the way to Rhodes. Maybe a change of scenery is all I need. I walked into the general store and planned to grab a few things.

I might as well make this trip useful.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by the clerk from last time. A smile crept on his face when he saw me. "You're back, how are you?"

I forced a smiled as I looked around. "I'm good, this time I just need some canned food nothing more." I walked over the stack of cans and grabbed five can. They were peaches, peas, and soup.

I placed 3 dollars on the counter as I waited for him to dong me up. As soon as he rung me up I left.

It has only been an hour. I don't feel like going back.

I thought back to my old revolver. It still worked, but I have more to protect than just myself now. I need a gun that is completely reliable. I walked around Rhodes before I saw a gunsmith.

I walked in and saw a man polishing a gun. "Hello, sir, I was wondering if I could look around."

As he looked up at me his eyes widen, they widened even more as they rested upon my stomach. I stood in uncomfortable silence as he looked at me.

"Sir, I was hoping to buy a gun."

He snapped out of his daze and went to the counter. "Sure, ma'am what would you like?"

I bit my lip in thought. "Something that is strong and efficient without too much recoil, " I put my hand in my stomach. "I'm going to be a mommy soon, and I don't want any trouble for my baby."

He went to the back and took out a gun.

"I think this would be perfect for you, not much recoil. Perfect size."

I smiled at the gun, it looked perfect. The gun was small and easily concealable.

"How much will it cost?" I started to bring out my coin purse.

"Oh, ma'am don't worry. You seem in need of it and you have a baby in the way. I couldn't possibly charge you, " He smiled as he started to walk backward. "Let me get you some ammunition."

I looked at the window. People were bustling around. Mothers and sons. Husbands and wives. I turned around only to have a pain sent to my head.

Hey, it's the author sorry if the ending seems rushed my phone is about to die. If you know about The Rhodes's Gunsmith, then you know. Anyway, I'll try to update on Saturdays.
