The Eirwens

      The Eirwen family was a cold one, the parents always at work, the kids doing as they please but never disobeying their parents' rules.

Mr. Charles Eirwen was the CEO of a public relations company, Mrs. Agatha Eirwen was a famous cellist, often away for performances or tours. Their kids Edward and Diana often left to themselves, they knew that their parents loved them, they just didn't show it. They both get an allowance, have chores to do, rules to follow, the house and the family that lived there both being sleek and cold

The robot family

Though their parents were cold and absent, Edward and Diana were very close, were each other's only chance for familial care and warmth. They looked very similar too, Edward having closely cropped black hair, his eyes though, unlike Diana's icy blue eyes (from her father) he got his mother's grey-ish green eyes.

Their food was typically delivered to their house, Mr. and Mrs. Eirwen usually away. They were in charge of making it, which was usually done by Edward, with Diana setting the table and occasionally helping with sides. Edward got picked up for school and Diana typically walked with Kai, they had learned to live without parents and felt no sadness or abandonment at their situation, it was the only thing they ever knew. In their younger years, their parents were around slightly more, but now that the kids could take care of themselves, they were free to continue living their lives. 

Edward was slightly more out there than Diana was, but they both let loose with each other, he was the first comedian, chef, writer, and caregiver that she had known. The only ones Diana ever really dropped her walls around were Edward, Kai, and Avani. 

And she was okay with that
