2 - Brand new day

Taehyung POV

Beep, beep, beep, beep...

The alarm rings through my ear knocking me in the head, I wake up. I quickly sit up, eyes still squinting
"Okay... okay... ha...I'm awake!" I say to the alarm clock before I click it's ringings off. I quickly get out of the bed, tidying the blankets and pillows, and head into my bathroom. I turn on the sink gently, letting only a trickle of water stream out,

I don't want to wake up mom, she must be exhausted

My mom sleeps right next door, even the smallest sound could wake her up, and I didn't want to risk it. I quickly but quietly wash my face, and brush my teeth, heading onto my favourite place, My closet. I happily skip to my closet, still trying not to make as much sound as possible. I gently open the door. "Hmm, what shall I wear today?" I look around to see my options, "Hehe, I should get more clothe!" I take a good 5 minutes looking around my closet, and I finally choose an outfit. A baggy, striped long sleeve shirt tucked into long black pants that were tight around the waste, but big and loose around the ankles. I stand in front of a mirror

"Nice!"

I whisper to myself. I smile happily, pointing 2 thumbs up at my reflection.

Ding!

"Hello?" A ringtone catches my attention, and I peek over the closet door. My phones on, I must've gotten a notification. I walk over to my phone and place it in my hands.

It's the first day of school tae! You can do this!!!!!

I giggle at this little reminder. "Omg it really is school today," I've completely forgotten how I put this alarm for myself yesterday, but nonetheless, I should get ready for school. I grab my bag that's been hanging on my door handle for the last few weeks, and place all my necessities for school inside of it; binder, pencils, etc, and most importantly,  my sketchbook. "How am I suppose to go through school without you!" I smile, giggling lightly and hugging my sketchbook before placing it in my bag. I carefully open the door from my room, and stand in front of my moms room door. "Bye mom! I'm off to school, I'll be okay I promise!" I say reassuringly, cupping my cheeks, closely to the door to direct my voice to my mom. But I'm whispering everything, so she can hear it in her sleep. I quickly tip toe my way downstairs, opening the front door, and, almost forgot! Lock the door.

Off to school I go!
