"What?" My father firstly started. "We aren't going to be bribed, you can't have my daughter if she doesn't want you," My father tried to defend me. It was true but If my family would also be at the royal pack that changes everything. "Avira," Kyston threateningly whispered as both of his arms curled around my waist and he snuggled into the part of my neck where it meets my shoulder. "K-Kyston-" I didn't know exactly what to say. "You don't have a choice, my love, you're going to be with me whether you like it or not," he whispered into my ear. I bite my lip to stop myself from releasing a pleasurable sound.
"Please don't do this to me, I just got you, I can't lose you," kyston continued, running his nose along my neck. I was a blushing mess as my family continued to watch his display of affection. I turn around and hide my face in his chest, inhaling his strong and delicious scent. "Okay, only if they move into the cabin," I mumbled against his chest making Kyston smile widely.
"I promise you I will treat her like the queen she is and I'll make sure you three are settled in perfectly," his voice was stronger and serious, much different from the sweet and desperate one before. "There are papers and- I can't leave all the families behind," my dad sighed. I frowned at him disapproving. "I'll bring them along, please you are good people so my mate says and for the past hour, you've been nothing but good people. Obviously, I'll need to make sure about the other families because I have to trust them not to hurt my pack," Kyston added.
My mother began saying all the families that she knew he could trust and began talking about how beneficial and handy they can get. My thoughts wandered elsewhere as I hugged my mate. How can I be a queen? The queen? I'm so young, I'm incapable of such a great thing. I can't decide if this is a punishment or a blessing.
How can a person like me be the king's equal?
"Then it's settled, there would be three new family additions to the pack," Kyston announced, I peek up to see the happy smile on his face. As if he felt my stare, he glanced down at me and held my eyes with so much adoration before pressing his lips to my forehead.
"Everything is going to be alright."
