One shot! Charlie wants kids

"I want a baby."

Those words threw (Y/n) for a loop Charlie had approached him speaking those word to him serious surprising him she was hardly ever serious.

Charlie had seen a lot of couples with kids they seemed happy and content.

Charlie wanted that with (Y/n).

Charlie would try to convince (Y/n) to say yes and raise a child with her. If (Y/n) said yes she wanted to get right to work, grabbing his hand and leading him to the bed. 

A good while had passed and Charlie had successfully gotten pregnant and was overjoyed to find out when she had used a pregnancy test and that night was happy to find two lines instead of the typical one.

Charlie gave the news to (Y/n) surprising and scaring him she could tell he was fearful but she knew he would come to accept it.

"Y-You're pregnant?!" (Y/n) gasped out eyes widened from the news.

"Yes! Isn't that great! We can have a family." Charlie squealed with joy as she hugged him and peppered his face with kisses.

His own child he still couldn't believe it he was going to be a dad.

(Y/n) was both excited and fearful what if he wasn't good enough to be a dad? What if something happens to the baby.

Then (Y/n) paled when a thought came to mind.

How would Charlie's parents react?!

(Y/n) gulped in fear. Lucifer was going to kill him.

"(Y/n)? What's wrong?" Charlie asked as she looked up at (Y/n)'s taller frame worried

"Nothing I'm just worried that I won't be the best dad." (Y/n) admitted nervously Charlie squeezed his hand in reassurance.

"I think you will do great." Charlie smiled up at him melting his fears away.

(Y/n) smiled back giving her a soft kiss one she gladly returned.

Charlie looked down at her stomach happily already loving her baby.

*TIMESKIP* 

(Y/n) was practically shaking in fear as he sat down next to Charlie in the Magne mansion Charlie's parents sat opposite a small table on their own couch and they drank tea together.

Lucifer had noticed (Y/n)'s odd behavior the soldier never acted like this he wasn't even scared when he met him for the first time but something had him shaking.

"What's the matter boy?" Lucifer asked as he raised a brow at (Y/n) who looked up at him nervously

"Nothing sir." (Y/n) responded quickly raising the tea cup to his mouth and taking a soft shaky sip.

Charlie had put her hand on (Y/n)'s reassuringly intertwining their fingers.

Charlie took a deep breath.

"Mom Dad, we're having a baby." Charlie stated catching the two's attention.

Lillith stopped sipping her tea as she stared at her daughter and (Y/n) in surprise.

Lucifer however had a different reaction.

He had crushed his tea cup in a fist when he heard the information tea dripping form his fist, his right eye twitched smile wavering.

"What." Lucifer stated serious making (Y/n) gulp in fear.

"I'm pregnant." Charlie repeated looking back and forth between her father and her mother.
