The only class that I truly have fun is Japanese class. We're not even allowed to take out our laptops, unless if we were told we could. So now you're probably asking why I always have fun in Japanese class.
The truth is, I have a great time in Japanese class because people like Manny, Hayden, Kiki and all the other people that sit around me (kind of) just muck around and we all end up laughing. What's even better is that my Japanese teacher also ends up (kind of) mucking around with us. We all just throw insults and funny nonsense Japanese sentences around and then we all end up laughing.
Lately, the insults have been directed more and more at me and they're more brutal and hurtful.
For example,
*flashback*
"Wow Ellie. You got that question wrong? Oh my god. That was sooo easy. I can't believe you got that one wrong."
says Kiki.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Ellie got that questions wrong!!"
says Manny.
Feeling hurt, I went to do the rest of my work underneath the table so I could try to drown out all their offensive comments. But by doing that, it made everything worse.
"Oh my god!! Ellie doing that reminds me of that thing. You know, that wild tv show thing."
says Manny.
"LOOK! IT'S AN ELLIE IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT! DON'T TOUCH IT! IT'S GONNA BITE YOU!!"
says Manny.
That made me feel worse.
At that time, I wish I could dig a hole and bury myself.
