Jason
"I'm telling you Jason, animal blood is okay for vampires to consume, but you're not at your full potential unless you drink human blood." Jeff said for the tenth time in the past hour.
It's been about a week and a half since I've been in this Forest with Francis and Jeff and it's literally driving me insane.
Jeff talks way too fucking much for me, and Francis is ignoring my questions. I want to leave. I want to see Hunter and Rue. I miss them.
"I'm not consuming human blood. That goes against the morals I was raised upon." I groaned.
"Don't you ever think your father made you consume animal blood so you wouldn't be stronger than him ?" Jeff instigated.
"Look if you're trying to make me go against my father you already won. Just because I've abandoned him, doesn't mean I will abandon my ideals as well. It's the only thing I have right now so leave me alone."
"Jason, stop being a whiny bastard." Jeff groaned then walked back to the little hut they prepared.
Jeff and Francis have been trying to convince me to consume human blood for days. Each time, I have simply declined. It's getting to the point where I want to snap both of their necks, but I know they are both stronger than I and will probably end up snapping my neck before I get to there's.
I have considered running away a few times, but the thought of Rue being in danger scares me. I know I'd have nowhere to go after what my father did, and I can't go to Rue because if I go to her, my father would know she's alive and would end up killing her just as she did to Haley and my son.
I sighed in exhaustion and slid down the tree and rested my head in my arms.
"It smells like bitch." A strong wind blew past me and deep into the woods.
I quickly stood up and looked in that direction to see Jeff chasing after something.
I tried to identify what he was sensing, but it was like something was caught up my nose. I couldn't smell anything.
I looked around to see if Francis was near but he wasn't.
"What's going on-." I was cut off by a tight grip around my neck and my back slamming against a tree.
I looked up to see Dani.
"Dani?" I was startled.
How could she find me? We were extremely deep in the woods and extremely far away from home.
Jeff and Francis hinted something negative about her powers. Could that have been a lie?
"I knew you were here." She sounded angry.
She was about to take me with her until she was bulldozed and pinned into another tree. The movement of the one who pushed her into the tree was fast, swift, smooth. The air that crossed was cold.
I felt his power. It was extremely strong. Stronger than any I've ever felt before.
"I see you're alive." Dani struggled to break free of Francis' grip.
Francis didn't answer her. He glared into her soul and squeezed harder into her throat.
I noticed his eyes turning a bright yet dark red. He looked sinister. His pale skin began to show however, it was a little red as well.
I began to feel scared for Dani. I was scared that he was going to kill her. He clearly had something against her.
I can't allow that to happen.
