The man looked up to see tony standing there, and smiled at him. " can i help you sir." he said in a kind voice.

"erm, i was wondering if you can, do you now a (y/n)?"

He looked around, and in a loud voice he shouted, " Raise your hand if your names (Y/N)"

a few woman raised their hand, " any of them?" he asked,

"er No, she volenteers here, at night."

"oh well, it's too early for the night lot yet, and i wouldn't know. By the time i leave they haven't normally arrived yet so i don't see them. "

"oh, okay thank you, do you know when they start?"

"well i leave in a about an hour, but they noramly come an hour or two after i leave"

"okay thank you."

Just as tony was about to leave the man said, " do you want to stay here and wait for her, you could help serve up dinner?" he said smiling broadly at him, wanting the extra company. To y returned the smile, " sure."

The man opened the counter and Tony walked beind and stood next tot the man.

"i'm steve by the way." he said

"tony."

"okya, when they come over just fill their bowl with one spoon full. Any more and we wont have enough to feed the rest of them outside. Oh, and they are only allowed one biscuit each, " he moved closer to tony to whisper something to him.

"you see that man over there in the dirty brown coat?"

"yeah "

"his names bob, be careful with him, he will try and take more, filled his pockets one night he did."

"their only allowed one biscuit"

"yeah, didn't you see the line outside, we have to save some for them too. Okay i think that's it, are you ready?" he asked looking at tony.

"yep."

"alright, DINNERS READY!" He shouted and everyone in there stood immediately wanting to get to the counter first while all the good biscuits were stll there and the broth was still hot.

Tony smiled and spoke to each and every person there, making the time fly by. He copied what Steve done and tried to crack a few jokes, gining a few laughs and a few stern looks.

"Steve, can you help bring the pot out." one of the chiefs in the back called out, and stev looked at tony to make sure he was alright to be left on his own for a minute, and left to help the kitchen staff.

When he left, one of the homeless men started talking to tony, telling his own jokes and making him laugh. While tony was destracted, bob walked over to the counter for the third time that night and smuggled a few biscuits in each pocket, and by the time Tony noticed, the trsy was only covered in crumbs.

"oh shit."
