"oh shit."

Tony looked up to see the whole tray of biscuits disappeared, leaving the tray full of crumbs in their place.

As soon as he looked up, the crowds of people quickly dispersed, leaving tony standing there opened mouthed staring at the great lack of biscuits. Steve chose that moment to come out of the kitchen with a large cauldron of broth on his lap. When he saw tony with that expression o his face, he was instantly worried.

"tony? is everything okay?"

Tony sighed and looked round at Steve, revealing the empty tray full of crumbs.

"oh."

"Steve, I'm so sorry, ill go out and get some more,"

"tony it's okay, they get everyone on their first day."

Tony smiled slightly, " but we do need more."

He nodded and grabbed his coat from the side, checking his wallet was still there, not taking in accounts of the stereotypes  of homeless people, but they did just steal a plate of biscuits. He found it and sighed in relief. He pulled it over himself and walked out of the grand front doors. The lights around the square glistened and illuminated the pavements.

He smiled as he looked up, seeing the stars shining brightly in the sky. He was instantly reminded of you and you smile. With out you he never would have even taken any notice of the world around him, he was finally starting to feel like he was making a recovery.

He had a nice evening stroll down the street, looking in the windows of shops and just generally taking notice of the world around him.

He went into the supermarket and bought multiple packets of biscuits.

He carried the bag out the shop feeling surprisingly really good. On his way back to the homeless shelter, he saw a man coughing, with his coat and blanket wrapped around him tightly, looking extremally hungry and dirty.

Tony approached the man and held out a packet of biscuits. He smiled up at him in disbelief. Tony smiled back and the man took them from him, wishing him a merry Christmas and shouting merrily, "god bless you."

Tony also invited him to the shelter where there was warm food and a roof over his head. He smiled broadly showing off is brilliant white teeth(?) and told him he would go there.

Tony left the man, feeling something he had never felt before. He had a newly found skip in his step, and looked up at the stary sky once again, finally being able to see the light in his future.
