Seven bodies were packed tightly into a van. They could feel the seatbelts burning their damp skin. But it did not matter. The sound of conversations, singing, and laughter filled the van, making the heat of the sun against their skin felt like a comforting, warm hug. The windows were rolled down as they screamed the lyrics to an unknown song out into the universe.

Who was driving the vehicle? It did not matter. The journey and the fun that came with it mattered more than the destination they were heading to.

Where were they going? They did not care. Just being there, having as much fun as they could while being together was all that mattered to the seven young men.

The van stopped, and they got off and walked into a store. It had the most delicious-looking treats they've ever seen. There was no hesitation as they picked up everything their heart desired and ran back to the van. Their journey was far from being over.

The rest of the drive was filled with lighthearted conversations that they couldn't remember along with the food that they could not taste but knew it would taste like the best thing they've ever had if they were able to taste it. The seven young men felt like they were surrounded by friends that they were meant to meet, friends that they've known for centuries, hearts that didn't care what and who they were. All that mattered what who they were at that exact moment, in the van, under the burning sun.

The van stopped.

They had reached their destination.

They jumped out of the van and started running towards the water. The sand felt more like memory foam under their feet, cushioning their every step towards the colorful ocean. The ocean mirrored the shades of purple and orange in the sky, with pleasant, pink, fluffy clouds passing by on the back of a pleasant breeze.

After splashing, swimming, and diving in the crystal clear ocean, the seven of them lied on the marshmallow-like sand and watched the sky change colors as the sun slowly took a dip into the water.

The weather got colder around them as the sun bid them goodnight. the sky changed into its nightgown, a boysenberry-colored velvet with a secret code of sparkling diamonds scattered all over it. The soft breeze caressed their faces with a smell of fresh laundry and a hint of something that smelled so ambrosial that they could not pinpoint.

They were in this whole universe alone and it did not feel so bad. because they were not alone, they had each other.

Everything else simply did not matter.

The sun beaming through the window assaulted the male sleeping peacefully. If you saw a picture of him sleeping, he'd look like an angel, but that is only because you wouldn't be able to smell the room. It reeked of alcohol, sweat, and smoke. He covered his face to protect it from the assault, but there was nothing he could do to hide from what was coming next.

Heavy footsteps could be heard approaching the door before it was swung open by an older man. "When will you grow up?!" He shouted as he walked towards the curtains and drew them open. "Jung Hoseok, get up right now. Or you won't like what I'm going to do" The older man threatened.

Hoseok groaned and sat up, covering his ears. "Can you not shout? My head hurts" He whined, his eyes still closed.

"I will shout as much as I please. Your hangover is your responsibility. Now would you care to explain this?" The older man sighed, holding a small ziplock bag in the air to display the colorful pills as well as a few small paper cut-outs that were just as colorful.
