Namjoon found himself staring at a big mirror, but his reflection did not feel real. It felt somewhat transparent and fading. After lifting his right arm to ensure that he was indeed looking at a mirror and not a being, he stumbled when his reflection was no longer there. Disappearing into thin air and he couldn't do anything to save it.
The mirror disappeared as well, giving him a view of what was happening next door. And to his surprise, Jimin was pacing around a small, empty room with his hands balled into fists so tight that his knuckles turned white. His mouth was moving but nothing he was saying was audible. Namjoon moved closer, hoping to hear what the young male was saying.
But he was stopped in his tracks, unable to move further no matter how hard he tried. It felt as if his feet were now connected to the ground. Jimin seemed to get more and more distressed as the second went by. "Jimin! Hyung is here! I'm right here! Look at me" He shouted, hoping that the younger was going to hear him, but to no avail.
Suddenly, Jimin froze in his spot and looked around "Hyung?" He asked, his voice heavy pain and tears. "Hyung please, I c-can't" He stuttered, curling into a ball on the floor.
"I'm right here Jimin-ah, I'm right here. I got you. It will be okay" Namjoon repeated, crawling to get closer to the younger to at least give him a pat on the back.
He was able to crawl close to the point where his hand could almost reach the younger's hair. He could see his shivering body, the tear stains on his sunken cheeks, and the red rims around his eyes. He hissed as he tried to get closer to the younger, even when it caused him immense pain. Namjoon's hand was just about to make contact with Jimin's shaking shoulder when everything went dark for a second, and when he was able to see again, Jimin was no longer there, and his legs were no longer connected to the ground.
Namjoon got up and ran down an endless abandoned hallway. Whenever he'd think that he got closer to where Jimin was, a scream would tell him otherwise. He ran for what felt like an eternity, but he still could not find the younger male. He held onto the hope of finding him, until he reached the end of the hallway, seeing nothing there but the room he ran out of.
The sound of his heartbeat was all he could hear until Jimin's voice filled the place. It was a loud whisper that he could hear clearly and it made his blood freeze in his body. A whisper that made him wake up startled, and drenched in cold sweat.
"I can't do this anymore"

Namjoon didn't even bother to wipe his sweat or catch his breath before dragging his half-asleep body off of Yoongi's bed and bursting into the living room. "We can't wait any longer. We have to get him now. We can't wait!" He said, surprising the four males sitting in the living room, listening to earlier recordings from the day, in hopes of finding more evidence. It had been a week since the plan had started, and they already had a mountain of evidence that would put both nurse Kim and the psychiatrist out of their job, and probably in jail as well.
"Joon-ah, what happened?" Seokjin was the first to get up to guide Namjoon, who was hyperventilating, to the couch. They've never seen the tall male this nervous before, nor did they ever think that they would see the usually calm and reserved male like this.
"He can't do it anymore. He needs to get out. We need to get him out now or we will lose him" Namjoon said, taking the cold glass of water that he was given by Yoongi. "Hoseok-ah, we need to get moving," He said, looking straight into the other male's eyes
"Do you think we have enough recordings?" Hoseok asked, looking at the investigator who nodded straight away.
"They've already broken so many laws with the way they speak to him and treat him. These will be more than enough" He said.
