The sound of screams echoed through his house, making him jump out of bed and run out. The screams seemed to be coming from every single room in the house, but when he'd enter the room there would be nothing but the empty screams. That was until he walked into the kitchen. "Taehyung-ah" He gasped, looking around to find the source of the deafening screams before realizing that they had stopped."Did you hear-" Seokjin paused once he noticed the red splotches on Taehyung's shirt and the tears running down his face. It felt like his blood froze in his veins when he saw that the red was quickly spreading, taking over the white fabric covering his chest.
"Seokjin hyung" Taehyung whispered, reaching out to Seokjin before falling to the ground. Seokjin didn't know what to do, he screamed for help and tried to carry Taehyung to take him where he can get helped, but his arms felt like jello and he could not lift the younger up no matter how hard he tried. He kept screaming for help, hoping that someone would hear him, but no one did. He just sat there drowning in the echo of his own screams.

Seokjin jumped out of the bed at the sound of screaming and crying, his heart was banging against his chest as he worried that his nightmare was coming true. It took him a few seconds to shake away the sleepy haze and realize what was happening. "Jimin-ah" He whispered as he approached the shaking boy. He was looking around the room with wide eyes and tears cascading down his cheeks.
"Breathe, you're okay, I'm right here," Seokjin said as he caressed his friend's back to encourage him to breathe, he was able to feel the panicked heartbeat on his palm as he tried his best to soothe the younger, but it wasn't working. It was as if Jimin was awake but still stuck in the nightmare that caused him this terror.
Soft knocks on the door pulled sobs out of Jimin, making his hands grip Seokjin's arm in a death grip. "I don't want to go back" He cried into the older's arm, but seemed to calm down slightly when he recognized the voice coming from behind the door.
"It's just my mom Jiminnie, can she come in?" Seokjin asked, running his fingers through Jimin's hair, knowing a few things that usually helped the younger calm down. With Jimin it was the little things that affected him. Once he felt Jimin nod against him he let his mother know that she can come in.
She looked at Seokjin in hopes of him letting her know what had just happened, but he sighed and shook his head. "Jiminnie, honey, what happened?" She asked, approaching the young man whose company she had grown to enjoy. The only response she got was sniffles and more tears, which broke her heart. The more time she spent with Jimin the more she resented his parents for hurting and breaking him like this.
The three of them sat quietly, each one of them deep in their thoughts that seemed to get heavier by the second. "N-nurse A-Ahn" Jimin stuttered, his lips quivering as he willed himself to talk about the nightmare that he witnessed. "hurt H-Hoseok hyung" He could feel every single bone in his body rattling as he said the other's name. He couldn't understand how the other five managed to move on so easily when he felt like he was choking on smoke every single moment.
"Hoseok?" Ms. Park asked, looking at Seokjin for an answer. He nodded, promising her to tell her everything later. She reached to wipe the tracks of tears down Jimin's cheeks. "You're safe here. If anyone even thinks about hurting you they will have to go through me and Jinnie first" She said with a smile before helping him drink some water to calm his heart.
"Jiminnie, what do you think about going to therapy sessions?" She asked out of worry, not realizing that this was a sensitive topic. Jimin shook his head and held onto Seokjin's arm. "If you want, we can have them come here and if you don't like it you can ask them to leave. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do, but I'm just worried" She said, holding onto Jimin's hand.
