lauren was called over to the prettymuch house by her amazing boyfriend who couldn't get enough of her. she entered the door and was instantly greeted by austin and zion, "hey laur!" austin hugged her. "wassup ugly!" zion dabbed her up. "ew, that's why you're not my favorite z." she teased.
walking over into the garage, she found brandon. "didn't you hear me come in?" she laughed. "i was working on a song baby." "you are always working, cmon b let's go do something." "in a lil bit, i promise you." he said, not taking his eyes off the monitor.
she got up and walked up to the door, "i'll be upstairs." "alright." he mumbled, still looking at his computer. shaking her head and slamming the door of the garage, hoping he'd notice that she was annoyed but he didn't. "woah, are you okay?" nick said from the hallway.
she shook her head again and stormed up the stairs, nick following behind her. "lauren." he grabbed her wrist turning her around. "look nick, it's nothing-" soon being cut off by nick's lips locked on hers. she wrapped her arms around him and kissed back, then pulling away slowly and pecking his lips one last time.
"are you okay?" he looked down at her. "no." she frowned. he tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, cupping her face. "talk to me, i care about you laur." "it feels like brandon's always blowing me off for work, i know we just got off tour but now he's all stuck in the garage." "talk to him," she shook her head. "please if you won't then i will." "no! fine i'll talk to him."
rushing back to the garage, lauren's heart began to race. a million things went through her head, her hands began to shake. opening the garage door to a brandon who turned and faced her, "look i'm sorry baby. let me make it up to you." he said.
she sat down and took a deep breath, "we need to talk." he sat back in his chair, "okay." "i'm not saying we should break up but it feels like we're getting distant."
brandon's eyes widened, "i don't want to break up but i'm willing to fix anything so that there isn't a problem in our relationship." "that's the thing, there's a huge problem.." she started off. "i'm starting to question my feelings for you. it just doesn't feel right anymore."
hearing those words made brandon's heart break, "so..you're saying i'm a rebound?" "you think i still have feelings for nick?" she scoffed, trying to hide her truth.
"laur, when you're not with me who do you spend your time with? nick. who did you love before me? nick. i don't even know if you actually love me, was i just your distraction?" at this point both of them were getting frustrated, brandon stood up and pulled at his hair.
"n-no, i loved you." lauren started but began to cry. "loved, lauren. loved? who do you love now? 'cause i know damn well it's not me, was i just nothing to you? did i mean nothing?" brandon was fuming he didn't know what to do, he made his way towards her.
"don't you dare touch her." nick yelled from the door. "you get out of here, you're not wanted in this conversation." brandon argued. lauren and nick ran to each other, he held her in his arms. "so this is what the fuss is about, i'm a rebound so you could go back to nick." brandon chuckled to himself.
"that's not true." lauren cried. "just listen here, i'm not going to be there for you when he breaks your heart again! i showed you my real love and feelings, i was there for you when he broke your heart. i was there for you on your worst days. fuck the both of you! lauren i don't want to ever speak to you ever in my life, you used me when i truly loved you." brandon broke down in front of the two.
"brandon, i never used you. i truly loved you, i promise you i did but people change. i'm sorry for breaking your heart i know i can't ever make it up to you but i'm sorry. i really am truly sorry, i didn't mean for this to happen. i will always love you as a friend, you're always going to be in my heart." lauren made her way towards him.
"get away from me!" brandon yelled, swinging his arm at his desk.
