nick took lauren back to the prettymuch house, taking her up to his room. "laur please talk to me, i only want to know what wrong so i could help you." nick kneeled down so he could look her in her eyes, even the look in her eyes was blank.
though her only initial feeling was guilt, breaking everything in her life. she felt terrible, not even being able to describe the feeling. "can you bring the guys in here." her voice was soft and shaky. sounding almost as if she was anxious or scared.
nick called the guys up except for brandon, they looked at each other then at lauren. "hey uhm so.." she started off.
"we're not mad," austin said. "we're all just confused, we heard what happened but not fully." austin hugged lauren and she embraced it, hugging him back only tighter. "brandon is telling us different stories that are hard to pinpoint." zion sat down on nicks bed.
nick put his hands in his pocket, "i was part of it. if lauren can't speak or doesn't want to." she looked up at him and shook her head, mouthing 'i can't.' lauren could barely even speak to nick alone, she was almost completely mute. a tear fell out of her eyes and onto austin's hand, he wiped any other tears off her face.
"alright so after we wrapped up tour, i visited lauren at her apartment. i haven't been there in almost two years and i guess she hasn't either. at her house i just saw a few things getting change out like framed pictures of us," lauren looked down feeling bad that she was doing so.
"we just laid there on her bed and talked, mainly i did because i was bored. i was looking at our old pictures and so i poured my entire heart out, in her response she kissed me but nothing else happened between us. then when she came over, i guess she got really pissed at brandon?" nick looked over at her for an answer.
"brandon was just stuck in the garage, i tried to get him off but he's like blah blah later i promise. that just pissed me off and nick was the last person i wanted to run into because you know.. then i slammed the garage door and nick was in the hallway doing whatever he was doing, running over to what had happened. so as we went upstairs i was just refusing to tell him yet he kisses me to help me calm down and tells me to talk to brandon."
"she does and i heard everything because i was staying close behind the door to make sure she was okay. he didn't take it well, i guess he had many emotions during that conversation and he started making his way like at her. it just looked like he was ready to hurt her and i stepped in yelling at him to not touch her. that sparked an argument and he just started to break down." nick finished.
"okay first of all," zion stood up. "you cheated." austin and nick hit zion on his chest, giving him dirty looks and this took a toll on lauren. "i really did didn't i?" she was almost whispering to herself.
nick ran over to her and wrapped his arms around her, "no you did nothing wrong i promise you." he whispered to her and kissed her forehead. nick glared at zion one more time, to make him feel bad about what he's done. the only reaction was a small shrug which got on nick's nerves real quick.
