Chapter 13 Broken ties

Kaminaris pov
after me and Kirishima grabbed some food I waved him good bye and we walked our separate ways. I was heading to the common room to see who else was up since I had 2 hours before class started. I walked to the couch and plopped myself down on the couch seeing there was nobody in the common room or so I thought.
I heard a shuffle on the other side of the room I lifted my head to see who or what it was. To my surprise it was todoroki no idea how I missed him with his vibrant two toned hair. He was sitting with his hands in his hair with a troubled expression not like he didn't always look sad the little emo candy cane. I decided to speak up.
"Hey todoroki, you alright man."
He looked up at me deciding if he should talk or not.
"Yea I'm fine."
I clearly knew he wasn't fine but I shrugged I knew todoroki was never the type to share his feelin-
"Actually kaminari,... I am a little trouble"
Well holy shit..
I shifted from my relaxed position to a more attentive one.
"Ya wanna talk about it?"
He thought for a moment out of his comfort zone but I waited patiently
"Yea I could use some advice... I think I some how made midoriya upset, It seems when I introduced my girlfriend to him he stopped talking to me.... does he not like momo?"
Oh you poor sense boy I thought to myself
"Well you do know he liked you don't you?"
Shit I let it slip! He's gonna be pissed if this goes the wrong way I felt the panic build up inside of me
"He did?"
He looked at me confused
"Well obviously"
Midoriya followed him around everywhere and I can see how he must have been mislead todoroki followed midoriya around like a lost puppy as well anyone could have mistaken it for puppy love, they were inseparable. But unfortunately todoroki does not swing that way.
"I see... so I must have hurt him when I introduced momo out of nowhere"
I nodded this seems to be going better then I thought it would
"How do I make it up to him?"
I feel the happiness building up inside of me
"You seem surprised, I may not like midoriya as a lover but I value him deeply as a friend, and it's really none of my business what gender he is attracted to"

I celebrated silently to myself.
Ever since Kirishima got rejected so harshly by bakugou I've been a little on edge and insecure myself.
"No that's great! I was just expecting the worst I guess" I let out a chuckle scratching the back of my head relieved
"Yea I get it"
There was a few moments of silence but it was a more of a comforting silence a place to catch your breath.
"So how do I apologize"
He asked me breaking the silence
"Well just approach him and tell him how you feel about the whole situation because obviously you never meant to hurt him. I'm sure it will work out midoriya isn't the type to hold a grudge."
I advised him he nodded taking the advice.
Todoroki got up and fixed his hair
"Thank you kaminari, I'm going to go get ready for class you should to I wouldn't want to be late"
"Thanks bro I'll make sure I won't be late!"
I smiled at him and he gave me a soft smile back something that has become more and more common after midoriya broke him out of his shell.
"Good luck!" I told him as he walked away before turning myself to the elevator to go change.

Todoroki's pov
I sat in class the first one I had with midoriya thinking of what I was going to say to him. I was watching him take notes absent mindingly not paying attention to the lesson to distracted to pay attention.
The bell rang and Momo came up to my desk smiling at me cutely waiting for me to get up so I can walk her to her next class.
"Momo please go without me this time I have to speak with midoriya"
Her eyes squinted but she nodded
"Ok see you at lunch"
She kissed me on my cheek and walked off I saw midoriya pack the last of his papers in his bag I rushed my way over to his desk to catch him
"Midoriya!"
He stopped where he was and turned around.
"Oh yes todoroki?"
He fidgeted with his fingers nervously waiting for my next response
"I need to speak with you please"
His eyes widened
"Oh ok let's go out in the hall"
He made his way to the hall expecting me to follow.
We got into the hall and he turned to face me
"So what did you want to talk about todoroki?"
I thought back on kaminaris words just let him know how I feel....

"Midoriya I'm sorry"
Midoriya stood there shocked until he made a confused sound
"Eh?"
"I didn't mean to hurt you... kaminari told me..."
Midoriya looked at his feet shuffling them
"Oh..."
"But I don't want that to get In the way of our friendship. I care for you I just... don't see you as a lover, or any guy for that matter. so if you don't mind, is it ok that we stay friends?"
Midoriya perked up
"Yea, no that's fine! I'm already over it anyways! I'm just glad you accept me!
Midoriya smiled at me and I felt myself relax relieved he still wanted to be friends
"Of course"
I stated
"Tell you what, why don't we catch up at lunch together we haven't talked In a while"
He bounced up excited to have his best friend back
I felt myself smile at his giddiness
"That would be great"
"YES"
He bounced up and hugged me which was really weird I've never had really anyone touch me but momo and my mom but it didn't feel bad it felt good to have another person I can trust I wrapped my arms around him a little uncertain of what to do he let go after a second and backed away tears in his eyes
"I thought you said you were over it"
I questioned him feeling a little guilty I made him cry
"No, no that's not it at all I'm just very happy"
I stood there confused waiting for him to continue
He rubbed the few tears away from his eyes
"All this time I was scared you wouldn't accept me for who I was, it just feels good to be accepted"
I gave him a warm smile but was interrupted by the bell
"Gah the bell, see you at lunch todoroki!" I watched him run off to class before making my way to class myself.

yaoyorozu (momo) pov
I watched midoriya and shoto hug in the hallway not to sure what's going on the bell rung and my spying was cut short I know I should trust my boyfriend but I was pretty suspicious I felt guilty because now I'm just even more suspicious then before.
I sighed and walked back to my classroom which was down the hall but I bumped into someone.
"Sorry"
I looked up at the student that seemed to be in my grade he had a tried expression kind of like Aizawa but he had purple hair
"No problem hey your in class 1-A right"
"Yes I really don't have time I just get to my next class"
I tried to walk to my next class but I couldn't move and then it clicked this was the guy midoriya fought at the sports guy.... shinsou hitoshi was it?
"Tell me, who is that guy in your class with green hair and freckles?"
"You mean midoriya izuku?"
"Seems so" he stayed and walked away and I could finally move again but I felt dizzy
"Phew what was that?"
I shrugged it off and hurried to my class.

Authors note
Phew that was a rather long chapter wasn't it a lot happened! I know I kinda bordered on tododeku there but don't worry they aren't a thing in this book but I am thinking of starting to make new books now that this book is about half way done get ready guys because it's about to be one hell of a drama ride ( ' ▽ ' )ﾉ
So what ships would you like to see from me I've been thinking of a few classics like bakudeku and tododeku
And then some ships I think are cool like
Kamishin(denki and shinsou I forgot the ship name) todobaku kamikiri
And some rare ships I just feel like challenging myself on
Like uraraka and iida ya never see that (I might do this one for fun anyways)
I'll basically ship anything lol but I don't ship teachers and students sorry ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ
I was also thinking on expanding to other ships from different series like haikyuu, naruto, Voltron, little witch academia, etc etc lol I'm a pretty big weeb :3 just let me know what ya wanna see <3
