Ding!

"Hyung?"

"Kookie. I'm here! Come to me!"

"Hyung!"

"Follow the sound of our Love Alarm."

Ding!
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!

Jungkook opened his eyes slowly, haze surrounding him. The sound of something beeping beside him could be heard, the ceiling above him plain and boring, the smell of the room more sickening than his current state. "Oh my!" He heard a gasp beside him which was gone in seconds only to be replaced by the sounds of someone or two running towards him. "Mr. Jeon can you hear me?" Before he could respond, a ray of light was beamed right on his eyes. He groaned and shook his head slightly. The man sighed in relief and checked the strings attached to his skin.

"It's Dr. Min, Mr. Jeon. You have been in a coma for 8 months now." The words hit him harder than the bullet. 8 months? He looked up at the people around him but not the one he wanted to see. Eun Woo took his hand and gave it a light squeeze. The doctor walked out after checking everything and informing that Jungkook was back to normal.

Jungkook looked up to his friend who was on verge of breaking down. It was quite evident how much he suffered all along while he laid on this bed, lifeless. He wanted to apologise to him and beg him to forgive him for what ever happened. It was all his fault. It was all because of him, Eun Woo got indulged in bad blood and for the brutal death of his parents. They did not deserve it. No one deserved such death. He did not even get to apologise to his parents, tell them how much he loved them and how grateful he is to be able to brought up in such luxury but all he had done is been a bad son. A really bad son.

"I missed you so much!" Eun Woo broke down engulfing Jungkook from the side. He so wanted to embrace him back and tell him he missed him too but he still felt sick and his limbs were numb. The two best friends cried in eachother's warmth and let it all out. The pain of losing their loved ones, the pain of betrayal and the pain of waiting.

The door to the room creaked open and in came a smiling Taehyung. He carefully looked at the two boys and slowly knocked on the door to get their attention. Eun Woo slowly parted away from Jungkook and looked up, wiping away his tears. "Tae!" He chirped, Jungkook tried to turn his head but it was still stiff too but thanks the said boy walked to him. "Hey man. Glad you've woken up." Taehyung beamed his boxy smile and slowly ruffled Jungkook's hair. Their meeting was interrupted as the doctor walked back in.

"Hey Mr. Jeon. Are you able to speak up?" Dr. Min questioned as he pulled up his notepad to jot the record of his patient. Jungkook slowly opened his mouth and tried to say something. "Y-ya." A deep sigh left his mouth. The lack of movements of his limbs made him think he lost all the functions of his body. "Great. I'll ask about your condition if it's okay with you?" Jungkook nodded as he made eye contact with the doctor. He looked quite young for an experienced doctor. "Okay, you could hear and see everything clearly?"

"Yes."

"Does your head hurts?"

"I-it's throbbing..s-slightly."

"Your limbs. Do they feel numb?"

"Y-yeah?" He replied, nervousness pressed in his voice enough for Dr. Min to understand his confusion.

"It's nothing to worry about though. It's because you have been laid down for long without any stretching so, it's common." A sigh escaped from both the best friends at the news. Dr. Min chuckled as he recorded all his words. "Your wound has been closed up in the past month, your heartbeat is neutral but you have to refrain from working out too much." He looked up from his note pad with a smile. "We need to go through some test and if everything's positive you can leave after a couple of weeks."

Eun Woo bowed to the doctor in respect which made the doctor blush saying it was his duty. Jungkook smiled slightly at their interaction but didn't fail to notice the look on Taehyung's face. He looked unhappy?
A knock on the door caught their attention and soon a well built man walked in. Everyone bowed to him in acknowledgement as if they knew him except Jungkook. He stared at him skeptically. "Mr. Jeon." The man bowed to him with a firm smile. "Detective Choi." He said pulling out his ID card making Jungkook to nod in acknowledgement. "He looked after all the problems and...Jimin."

Jimin.

Jungkook was pulled back to everything he went through as he heard his name. It was like he had forgotten about it and it was just a part of his dream but everything dawned on him suddenly. Jimin.

"Did you leave your fucking eyes at home?" Their first encounter.

"You have quite an attractive face but no brain." Their second encounter.

"I like you too," Them accepting each other.

"I will never be ashamed of you. You are one of the best thing in my life. You never gave up on me even when I pushed you away from me." Him reassuring him.

"Anywhere. It doesn't matter as long as we're together, right?" Their first date.

"I love you, Jeon Jungkook." Him coming out to him.

"Can you ring my Love Alarm?" Feeling eachother's love.

"You are the first, the last and the only. And the death of me." Their warm moments together.

"I want us to always be together in every first snow of the year," Their promise to each other.

"Kookie, it's me. Look at me." Their last encounter.

A tear slipped his eyes as he thought of a smiling Jimin infront of him. Soothing him with a warm embrace and whispering sweet words to him and rubbing his back assuring him that he'll never leave him but nothing was true. He woke up to not find him. Not find his love, his Jimin.

The doctor and the detective excused themselves as they thought Jungkook would be needing his personal space right now. The boy started sobbing in Eun Woo's arms.

"Where is he?"
