*I thought I needed to give some insights on Taehyung and Eun Woo's relationship.
Taehyung rubbed his face in exasperation, a sigh leaving his lips as he slowly leaned back on his bed's headboard. It was silent which he wasn't much familiar to and didn't like at all. The room was illuminated only by a lamp on his bedside table. He stared at the framed picture beside the lamp.
The 16 year old duo smiled at the camera of a photo booth. They had bunked their classes to enjoy their whole day at the arcade. An instant smile appeared on his lips as he admired those days. Deciding to be friends with Jimin was one of the best decision he had ever made and he will never regret it no matter what.
He was so lost reminiscing about their times spent together that he didn't notice a tear slipping down his cheek. He clenched his chest where his heart was beating fast and hurting really bad. His whole body started to shake as more tears streamed down his cheeks.
He shuffled around in his bed looking for his cellphone. He unlocked it as soon as he found it and opened the messages.
Bae♥️
>Can you meet me?
Now?Minutes passed by and his cellphone didn't showed any sign of text or call. He sobbed hard, clutching his heart as the pain of his best friend being behind bars while he was out here felt sickening to him.
Just moments ago they were making fun of eachother and in a split second everything changed. Bloods and tears were shed, body remained lifeless on the cold ground, he just wanted everything to get normal.
Ding Dong~
He turned his head and muffled his cries, ignoring the door bell but guess whoever was outside didn't had the intention to back away because the doorbell continued.
Taehyung wiped his tears away and slowly walked to the front door. The door made a sound as he opened it slowly to reveal Eun Woo with a warm smile on his lips and a black plastic in his hand.
"Did you eat?" He entered the house as he questioned Taehyung who silently closed the door and followed him. Eun Woo placed the black plastic which had some Chinese foods on the glass table by the couch and sat down. He looked up to find Taehyung shaking his head.
Eun Woo patted on the space beside him for Taehyung to join him. He wasn't dumb so by a slight look of Taehyung's face was enough to tell him that he had bawled his eyes but he wasn't going to judge because that's what he did before deciding to come here.
Taehyung joined him as Eun Woo pulled the takeouts out of the plastic bag. He caught Taehyung glancing at his cellphone for more than once but he just shrugged. He offered the food to Taehyung who mumbled a thanks.
After they stuffed their stomachs with enough food they just sat on the couch in silence."He isn't making much progress." Eun Woo broke the ice, his voice was low and on the verge of crying. Just thinking about his best friend laid on the cold bed of the stinking hospital room made him cry. Looking at his friend's face made his heart break and he blamed himself for his condition.
"I should have looked after him well. I was so dumb." He groaned as he pulled on his hair furiously. Taehyung pursed his lips and slowly pulled Eun Woo's hands away from his hair. He grabbed hold of one of his hand in his and rubbed soothingly on the back with his thumb. "It wasn't your fault. It's not anyone's, okay?"
By now Eun Woo had started sobbing and Taehyung had to pull him in for a warm embrace. He rubbed circles on his back as his body shook vigorously. Taehyung was trying his best to sooth him but it wasn't working well because tears threatened to escape his eyes too.
Eun Woo hugged him more tightly as they both shedded tears and peaked their most vulnerable state. People say it isn't manly for a man to shed tears but man are humans too and both Eun Woo and Taehyung didn't back down. They understood each other's pain as they had experienced the same shit.

5 months passed by since the incident and 3 months since Eun Woo and Taehyung's breakdown together. They didn't say anything to each other the next day but just confined in each other's understanding.
"How is he now?" Taehyung asked as he entered the room. Eun Woo looked up and offered a warm smile to his friend, "He's just okay I guess. Nothing much." They stared at a lifeless Jungkook with pale face, dried lips and his cheekbones and jaw standing out.
"You don't look fine." Eun Woo stated a little later after examining Taehyung's face which had a deep frown. "Jimin seemed to be in the same condition as him." He nudged his head towards Jungkook. "Breathing but still..." he trailed off but Eun Woo completed the sentence for him. "Lifeless."
They both walked out of the building for some fresh air. Taehyung had graduated highschool with Jimin and now he lived a normal university student life along with Eun Woo who was in the final year of highschool. In the midst of all these tragic reality that they've faced together, the two found a new, strong bond between eachother. They decided to overcome their difficulties together and be strong for their friends and each other.
"Umm~ Eun Woo-ah?" The younger turned around to find Taehyung a feet behind him, facing the earth. "Yeah?" He responded and walked to get close to him.
"Why don't you go out with me?" Taehyung asked rather quite straightforwardly which was nothing out of ordinary. Eun Woo was used to his nonchalant words but right now those words were not just anything, he– Kim Taehyung was asking him out. He unintentionally took a step back as realisation hit his head. Eun Woo felt his cheeks heating up because surely he was attracted to Taehyung and now he was asking him OUT!
"I thought you had a girlfriend?" Eun Woo needed some clarification to which Taehyung answered with a, "Yes." He stuffed his hands under his pants' pockets. "But we broke up months ago. She cheated on me with another guy."
Eun Woo stared at his face and didn't know what to say. All the vocabularies had bud farewell to him and the fluids in his throat had dried up. "So, you wanna go out with me?" Taehyung pushed again, crossing his fingers inside his pockets. The silence went for too long and Taehyung thought Eun Woo wasn't up and maybe he was wrong at assuming that he was a bi like him. He let out a disappointed sigh and was about to confront Eun Woo but nothing came out because Eun Woo had placed his soft lips on his now slightly open lips.
Taehyung didn't get to kiss back since Eun Woo pulled rather quickly and walked off with his beetroot coloured cheeks. A huge grin arrived on his lips as he jogged towards the flushing Eun Woo. He caught his hand and made him to face him.
"Where do you think you're going?" Eun Woo had decided to make a relationship with the ground since he wasn't looking up at the person who was up for being in a relationship with him. "Yah Cha Eun Woo!"
The low, stern voice of the senior made him to look up but the blush was still there. "Always look at me." Eun Woo nodded with a small smile as Taehyung leaned in to connect their lips again. Now, with this their level of bonding took a step higher, together with love and trust for eachother.
They were too caught up in their own moment that they needed someone to remind them that they were still under the hospital compound. "Excuse me?" A lady cleared her throat making them break their moment.
"You are under the hospital ground and your behaviors are not entertained by everyone here." The two looked around to find all the elderly ladies and gentlemen staring at them. Eun Woo chuckled and calmly apologized for their actions. Taehyung pulled him by his hand so they could continue their unentertained behavior outside, a place where they could get some privacy.
"Taehyung-ah!" Eun Woo pulled his hand to make him stop for a while. "I like you." Taehyung felt his heart exploding at those words and the urge to pull him close getting higher. He continued to get them away from the judging eyes of the people. They arrived at Taehyung's car and got into the back seat. He immediately pulled Eun Woo into a hungry kiss and later let out a gasping reply.
"I like you too, Eun Woo."
