I like him so bad.
But he doesn't want me.
His brother likes me.
My brother hates him.
It's like the people we treasure the most are what's keeping us apart.
I'm in pain.
In so much pain.
And I'm tired of hearing him say,

One week na mula nang magfly kami papuntang Greece. Duncan and I are okay na, last week pa. But, he didn't allow me to stay here when they go home. I wanted to travel alone talaga pero next time na lang siguro 'yon. I am free to travel naman anytime. Maybe, I'll just take advantage of Duncan's busy schedule starting next week until the end of the school year. He really is committed to basketball, eh.
We're here at a Yacht in Santorini. Three days from now, uuwi na kami. The boys are inside, drinking maybe? Nagkasundo kasi kaming lahat na maggive ng chance for both parties to have fun alone. So, I'm with Oura while Duncan is with his friends naman.
We asked someone to take a picture of us together and Oura uploaded it on instagram agad.

We don't look so usual pero Oura seems to be loving it kasi Asher told her to cover herself din muna habang nakahiwalay kami sa kanila. And of course, Duncan did me the same. Siya pa nga ang unang unang nagsabi kagabi pa lang. I mean, bikini is life for us, pero eto kami ngayon, nakalongsleeves, well, si Oura kasi feel na feel 'yung pagprotect sa kanya ni Asher.
Oura was lying her head on my lap while I was listening to her kilig stories with Asher. She's so happy with the progressof her love life daw.
"I really thought there would never be a chance kasi 'di ba? He belongs to your brother's circle and we all know how bully-but-still-so-mabenta they are! Tapos, I was surprised na Asher was a gentleman pala! I mean, who am I?! I'm like a nobody to him kaya!" she said. How is she a nobody naman? She's really pretty, and a Hepburn for goodness' sake.
"Asher has the same level as you in terms of family status, so how are you a nobody? I mean, that's almost where it varies, right?" she shrugged pero what I said was true kaya.
"Basta! I should treat your brother. He was the one who insisted to come with you, right? With his friends. With Asher! Tell me, what does he want?" she was so excited. Sa two weeks daw na vacation with Asher, she can now see hints daw. Her lost hope from the night she threw up came back daw. I just told her na hindi tumatanggap ng kahit ano si Duncan if it's not from our family or his friends. Ganoon siya kaarte.
"So arte naman niya! No matter how much the gift costs, ayaw niya?" she asked and I nodded. She pouted, looking so gloomy all of a sudden, as if she's carrying the world na.
"But, he's obsessed with basketball, right? How about basketball shoes? Sagot ko na five pairs!" hindi talaga siya nawawalan ng pag-asa.
"He would surely tell you na he can buy double the quantity and price for himself. You're aware naman how cocky he is, right?"
"Eh kasi naman! So yaman. Ang hirap talaga magbigay ng gifts sa mga rich kids like what else don't they own?"
Peace of mind. Genuine happiness. Real friends. True love. Anything that the money can't buy. I thought.
