Thanks to fierydollpointexe for the Sabo request! (You guys have a thing for Sabo I swear---)

[Sabo x Reader : Famous]

_______

You practically suffocated your brother with a hug. Had he been almost anyone else, he would've fallen down and lost his breath. "Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Zoro awkwardly hugged back before pulling you off by the collar of your shirt like carrying a cat by its scruff. "You're welcome, I know, I'm great."

You wanted to bite back with a scoff and a sarcastic 'sure', but you were in too good of a mood, so you just grinned and rolled your eyes playfully. "Right, right. Get excited, but also get ready because it starts in like two hours."

"What?" You checked the tickets, finding them to, indeed, be the show in two hours. "Why'd you just tell me today?"

"If I told you any sooner, you would've been way too antsy until the show. And you pace a lot when you're antsy. And it's annoying."

"I... Fair. Thanks again, I'm gonna go get ready!"

He shrugged and yawned, lounging on the couch and scrolling through his phone. "We're leaving in half an hour don't take forever."

"Right, right," you said, heading to your room to get ready. You got dressed and ready, making sure you looked presentable. When you were happy with how you looked, you marched downstairs and pushed Zoro to leave 4 whole minutes early.

The concert was relatively far away, but close enough to give you and him time to grab a quick bite to eat before going to the concert. Throughout the meal and drive, you couldn't stop smiling and bouncing your leg in anticipation. Zoro looked at you like he was just a little peeved about it, but he let it slide, knowing how pumped you were for the concert. You'd been raving about the Alkaline Trio for so long.

He honestly didn't get it; you looked at them like they were some amazing celebrities, but all he saw was his dumbass friends that, combined, had a total of maybe half a brain cell. But he supposed they were famous by that point, and (don't tell Sanji) it warmed his heart to see his little sister happy.

And happy hardly would've cut it. You were ecstatic. Watching Ace, Luffy, and Sabo perform in person and yelling out the lyrics with thousands of fans around you, you were having the time of your life.

Ace's brilliant drums sounded in the background as he performed like he wasn't in front of thousands of people, a tiny smirk on his face as he nodded his head to the beat. Luffy grinned, going mad with the electric guitar and playing riffs that decorated the music with tiny details you enjoyed to the fullest. And Sabo. God, Sabo. He had the voice of a literal angel that sent you to cloud nine. You couldn't help a stupid grin every time he hit a note so perfectly. Which was pretty much every note.

By the time the show was over, you were purely overjoyed. Tired, yes, but overjoyed nonetheless.

"Don't get post-concert tiredness just yet."

"I have no clue what you're talking about," you said, speaking through a yawn. "Why?"

"C'mon, one last surprise for the night. Follow me."

"Fine, fine. Wha---holy fuddrucker, Zoro, this is the VIP room."

He dug through his pockets before pulling out two, laminated VIP passes attached to lanyards. He showed them and entered with you following in awe.

"Losers, what's up?"

"Zoro!" Luffy bounded towards your brother like a pup greeting its owner getting home. "How'd you like the concert? This is your sister, right?"

Your eyes sparkled somehow more than his. "That's me! Luffy, right?"

"Yeah! Zoro's talked a lot about you."

"He has?"

"He has," Ace confirms, walking up behind Luffy. "A lot, a lot---shit."

Zoro elbowed him in the stomach. "Shut it, freckles. You talk twice as much about Luffy when he's not around," he hissed.

"You talk about me?" Luffy asked, looking up at his brother.

"I---shut up!"

"No, tell me!"

They bantered back and forth while Sabo came to see what the commotion was. "Sorry about their immaturity. (Y/N), is it?"

You nodded. "Yeah, that's me, er, it's a huge pleasure to meet you! I'm such a huge fan, you have no idea..."

He laughed softly. "It's cool to meet you too, I've heard a lot about you. You're really a big fan, yeah? I've got time, if you'd like we can hang out for a while."

You paused for a moment. "You're kidding. This is a joke."

"Not really," he said, smiling. "There's a festival going on, right? That sound like fun?"

You nodded, almost frantically. "Yes! Yes, yeah that sounds like fun," you agreed, trying to keep your composure.

"Sweet, let's go. Luffy, Ace, we're heading out. See ya guys later?"

A quick 'Kay, see ya' in the midst of their fighting was the only response before he pulled a coat on and bounced out.

"You're welcome," Zoro called after you, and you huffed and thanked him on your way out, not sticking around to hear any response he might've given.

The festival was an annual one they did around holiday season. At first, it was a little odd to be with your literal idol, but soon it was less of a fan-idol type of deal and transitioned into more of a comfortable friendship. It was pretty cold, but there was hot cocoa, fresh churros, and a coat loaned from Sabo to keep you warm.

You'd just finished looking at the last stall in the row and eating the last bite of your churro when Sabo suggested ice skating. There was a rink near the centre, and you agreed. You both rented a pair of ice skates and went out on the ice. You weren't the best ice skater, but you could skate well enough to not fall down so often.

Sabo was nearly clinging onto you, letting out surprised gasps every few seconds as he thought he was going to fall. "I didn't think it'd be so difficu---ah!"

"You're fine, you're fine," you said, helping him get balanced again.

You kept it up for another few minutes before he got the hang of it, and the two of you just skated and talked for another half hour. Midnight slowly approached, and he waited in the parking lot with you for Zoro to get there to pick you up.

"This was fun! Let's hang out again, yeah?"

"Definitely," you agreed. "What's your number?"

He recited the 10 digits as you punched them into your phone, just as Zoro pulled up. "Let's talk later," you said.

He pulled you into a bear hug and a quick peck on the cheek. "Let's. See you, cutie!"

He waved as he walked backwards as you got into the passenger seat, waving back. Once Zoro pulled out of the parking lot, you snapped out of your frozen state and grinned to yourself. He called me cutie... God, I'm in love.

_______

Lmao sorry for changing the band name from 'ASL Brothers' to 'Alkaline Trio' but I was tryna think of punk-rebel (that's not a genre but shh) bands (even though that's absolutely not the type of music they'd make lol) and first thoughts were Breaking Benjamin, Alkaline Trio, Our Last Night, Blink-182, and Green Day. And outta those five, Alkaline Trio just sounded the best. Also I couldn't stop thinking of American Sign Language Brothers because I have dumb brain. Lmao other than that I tried to follow the prompt as much as possible.

K actually tho what type of music would they make

It's 2am atm and I'm very drowsy and this is so bad and bleh and hhhh am so sorry my quality is -14.
