Jack and Jill were going back to their house near the hill.

Their friends always teased them, but they stayed together still.

They felt complete together, and would have been ready to kill anyone who came in between their will to chill with each other.

But of late, Jack began to become distant, cold and chilly. He didn't care about anything, he used to say 'everyone's gonna die, so what's the point of caring, silly?'

Jill tried to console him, but in her heart she too felt it was true. This was the reason why they were out driving on a dark night despite the storm that brewed. The road was slippery, but Jack thought he was shrewd. And if they crashed, well anyway, they were all screwed.

And it was as expected, lightning struck the ground ahead, the flash blinded them. Both shut their eyes. But their end wasn't near.

No, it was just the beginning.
