A couple days had passed, making it the day before the town square event and not much happened; Charlotte did not mention the whole "mom" thing to Landon because she thought that he wouldn't remember which wasn't the case at all.
Landon remembered and he didn't regret it but when he saw her the next day, she didn't mention it so he thought she didn't hear.
It was a normal Thursday until Charlotte got a call from not just one Mikaelson but two; Freya and Davina called asking to meet both the headteachers about something important which caused a bit of a worry for the blonde.
They both arrived alongside Kol and Klaus who joined for some reason just before lunch. Ric invited them in with a fake smile and took them to Charlotte's office but knocked before walking in. Seeing that they were early, the blonde vampire said her goodbyes on the FaceTime call between her, her sister, Bonnie and Elena.
"Hey." She stood up from her chair and welcomed them in, when they were all sat and Ric brought a chair to sit by her then they began.
"So, what seems to be the problem?" Charlotte asked in confusion.
Freya and Davina looked at each other before the blonde spoke. "Elijah may of mentioned a small problem with finding new staff to replace."
"Yeah, some of our teachers are on late holidays or leaving due to personal reasons, I've told our recruiters to spread word. Are you interested?"
"Well, we spend our days doing nothing at the house so we were wondering..." Davina continued, hitting Kol when he made a crude comment about her time at the house mainly being spent in bed with him.
Charlotte looked at Ric, it wasn't just her school, it was the both of theirs so she needed his opinion, he of course looked a little wary but he knew what a great asset it would be to have a Mikaelson witch and they did need staff urgently with the few they had now so after a moment or two, he discreetly nodded at her. "Of course, why not? Obviously you would need to go through the normal process so we'd start off with interviews then paperwork then a trial, is that something you'd be willing to do?" Charlotte asked and the two women nodded in response.
"Right so Ric, how do you wanna do this? You take one, I take one?" He thought about it for a moment before nodding. "Are you prepared to do this now or would you like to book it on another day?"
After sorting out the dates out, the two headteachers had come to a conclusion to have both the interviews done the next day. Freya would be interviewed by Charlotte and Davina by Ric just before the trip so that they could join and get used to the vibe.
Ten minutes later two Mikaelsons walk out with a beaming smile, Kol and Alaric trailing behind. Charlotte was shuffling a few papers together when she felt someone's presence, internally groaning when she guessed who.
