Your attention were averted as the door bell rang, you rushed the down the stairs, yelling,
"Coming!"
Opening the door, it was as if every air in your lungs were knocked out, you stood frozen in front of the setter.
"Y/N..." Oikawa breathed out.
He was nervous, very. But as soon as he met those familiar E/C eyes, his gaze soften as he relaxes, his body no longer stiff.
But the look on your face was enough to shatter his heart.
"What are you doing here?" you didn't mean for it to come out as this harsh.
"I-"
He didn't know, he didn't know what to say. He honestly just missed you, but he can't exactly say 'I miss you so I came all the way from Miyagi to Tokyo'.
"I...I wanted to see you" his brown eyes stare into yours.
Everything was coming back. When you and him would cuddle into each other in bed. When you and him went to the nearby convenient store at 3am just because you were craving for some sweet. When you'd stay up late and he have to carry you in bed. When you started fighting. When you two would sleep with backs facing each other.
When he tells you he wanted to break up.
"I was stupid. I was stupid for letting you go, I was stupid for even saying that to you-"
"Why are you saying all this, Oikawa?" you couldn't help it, your voice were shaking.
"I want you back" his voice cracked, your eyes widened as you look up at him, you didn't know what you were feeling.
You look down as you let out a shaky breath,
"How do you find the courage to say all this?"
Anger was bubbling at the pit of your stomach.
"You were the one who end it all."
"I know...and I-"
"My life was okay. Really. And then you just waltz back in like you never break my heart."

Oikawa was silent. He didn't think he should even voice out.
"Y/N? Who's at the door?" Oikawa heared a unfamiliar male voice, his eyes widened as a young male came down the stairs, he look around his age.
"Oh...it's no one"
He mentally winced.
So I'm no one to her now.
He felt pathetic.
"I'm sorry, Oikawa."
Why are you using my last name? You used to call me Tooru- no, you even gave me pet names that I adore so much.
"Please move on." those were you last words before closing the door.
He clenched his fist, looking down as he tries to hide the tears welling up in his eyes.
He wish he could turn back time, he wish he could stop those words from coming out of his mouth years ago, he wish you could still be his.
