Chapter 12

I woke up.

Shit!
Why today? Everything was going so well..

Yes I felt my anxiety increasing that day and I also felt like crying which meant I won't really have a great day today. My depression is gonna destroy me one day.

I left for work and I probably looked really miserable and lifeless since all people were giving me judging glares making me very uncomfortable.
Jin wasn't there today I think he's visiting his family or something so he won't come to work for a few days which made my day even more miserable. I put on my uniform and started working. There were luckily not a lot of people so I decided to clean a little then I heard a bell ring signaling the customer came.
I sighed and focused on the customer.

It was a boy. He was very cute he looked like a puppy. I greeted him and bowed as I do with every customer. I went to his table to take his order.

"hello what would you like to order?"
"a black coffee please"

I nodded and wrote down an order he gave me. I started making him coffee when suddenly I heard another ring of a bell. I turned around to meet well known eyes.
Chan.
I smiled to myslef when I saw him. I brought coffee to the boy seeing that chan sat next to him.

"here's your coffee. And what would you like to order?"

He smiled at me.

"what's wrong?"
"what do you mean?"
I was confused. Does he sense that I'm not okay? Wait he's a spy he could be knowing everything about right now.
"I'm fine"
"you don't look fine."

His eyes softened.

"when does your shift end?"
"in like 2 hours"
"great! I'll walk you home when you finish"

I was confused but went with it. I wasn't in a mood for fighting.

"BTW this is seungmin a member of stray kids"
Seungmin shot him a surprised glare.
"don't worry she knows. That's the girl i was talking about"

He seemed to understand.

"ooo the one you said was really cute wh-"
Chan covered his mouth with his hand and chuckled awkwardly.

"hehe I don't know what he's talking about"

I just turned around to hide my red cheeks. I went back to working.
It was pretty awkward since chan was following my every move. It made me quite uncomfortable but I went with it.

Time skip

My shift finally ended. After changing back to my normal clothes I met chan outside the café.

"done?"
"yup!"

We started walking home in silence and it was pretty comfortable to be honest. Then he spoke.

Chan's pov

I suddenly got an idea.

"hey! Are you up for something fun?"
"umm.. Sure?"

"let's go to the amusement park!"
"omo I love amusement parks!"
"same! So let's go?"
"isn't it a little late already? Let's go some other day. Plus I'm kind of tired from work."

I was a little disappointed but we made a promise that we'll go there together soon.

Jiwoo's pov
I felt really bad for rejecting chan's plans. I really didn't feel like going. Today was just not a good day and all I wanted was to go to sleep.

We finally reached the destination. We entered the building.
I unlocked my apartments door when he suddenly spoke.

"you said you're tired? Come with me I'll take you to a place to rest."

He was looking deep into my eyes making me nervous. His soft stare pierced thru my soul making my knees soft.

"okay.."

I grabbed my bag and locked the apartment. I followed him outside to his car. Opening the cars door he offered me to sit in the passenger seat.
We started driving.
I had no idea where he was going and I was kind of nervous for that. He was serious and didn't spoke a word.

"where are we going?"
"to your soon to be home."

Well hello there!!!
I'm finally back and ready to roll hehe. Sorry I've been gone for a little longer than planned but now I'm finally ready to continue my work
