Jake is starring at me stunned and he seems flabbergasted. I quickly get up as I whisper, "who could it be shouting like that?"

He shakes his head as he says, "I don't know but we must go down."

"Okay." I carry my feet towards the stairs and Jake Miller stops me by clasping my hands as he says, "not right now..."

I stare at me as I say, "okay but when?"

"After some time whoever is looking for us goes back to the living room. This place as been a secret and I intend to keep it like that forever..."

I node my head meticulously and he loosens his clasp on my arm. He walks over to the table and grabs the cloth while he says, "you still have some blood on your nose."

He walks over to me and begins to wipe the last bits of dry blood on my nose and he doesn't say a thing. His simply starring in my eyes making me shiver.

His eyes send goosebumps all over my body meticulously. I wish I had brought his mom to him but I wasn't able to he had stopped me.

I seriously have no idea how I did that beforehand. I was filled with all sorts of emotions that led me to do whatever I had done. All I remember is going into Jake's mind and seeing Jake's mom placing her son to sleep.

"Grace Anderson we must go now!" Jake snaps me out of my thoughts and I'm back to the reality. I stare at him and his standing near the staircase. I walk over to him and we both head downstairs.

We're down the staircase and Jake slightly opens the door and peeps through checking for anyone whose there. He turns back at me and mutters, "cost clear..." and we head into the hallway and it's still dark and dime.

We walk through the dark hallway and it's still dark and dime why though? This place needs some light or some windows lord...

We're already at the other staircase heading down and We're down into the lighter hallway thank goodness. We quickly head down into the master and main staircase. We're already down and as soon as we're down all eyes were on us.

Mom heading towards me immediately I step down and she looks devastated. She holds my shoulder as she asks worriedly, "honey where were you?"

Should I or shouldn't I tell her I'm contemplating to myself as I stare at her now relieved eyes. Lucie heading towards Jake as she says, "I've been looking for you guys all over this house but I didn't find you even in your room Jake. Where were you?" Her voice sounds tense and vociferous, her eyes are worse they are vociferous.

Jake Miller simply stares at her lightly and doesn't reply to her supposed question.

Paul states quickly shifting all our attention to him, "guys that's not important now we're glad they are fine and not in danger. But have they read the newspaper that came with that boy?" His starring at me as though asking us. I shake my head denying well because i haven't read the newspaper apparently.

Camilla whose been sitting on the couch the entire time with a newspaper in her hands stands up and walks over to Jake Miller. She hands him the newspaper as she mutters, "read what's on the headlines..."
