Kaminari pressed himself against the wall, letting a sigh escape him. He was assigned to watch the 'prisoner' in a minute , right now dabi was in there with him. He could hear the mans soothing voice as he explained what was happening and how he was going to escape. The words were inaudible, which irritated kaminari quite a bit.

"Right, time for you to talk to kami" dabi huffed almost teasingly, and as the door opened kaminari could see the mans icy blue yet soft looking eyes that were bleary with memory. Maybe of Todoroki, maybe of the memory of stealing shinso, or maybe he was just happy to help.

"go ahead, I spoke to him about what's going on. So all you gotta do is hang around, maybe fix a few things with you two." His expression was serious "if shigaraki finds out what we're doing my dick is disintegrated and so is yours so we better be careful"

"Yessir" kaminari huffed, rolling his eyes. Pfft, As if he didn't already know this.

"kami." They locked eyes for a moment "the league is important to me, they were all I had after endeavor was neglectful. If this fails I don't know what will happen, so listen when I say be careful about this" his blue eyes searched his golden ones for a moment before he stepped away, watching as kaminari slowly crept into the room.

Immediately he was met with shinso, sat in the corner. His expression showed no sign of relief or excitement, only a very gentle, sad expression as he scanned his eyes over kaminari.

"Hitos...shinso...I'm assuming dabi told you our plan..." he laughed awkwardly, pressing his hand against his neck. Shinso stayed quiet.

"hello- Shin-?" He waved his hand close to the insomniacs face, and he slowly looked up at the worried face of kaminari.

"we're doing it tonight..." shinso sighed "right"

"yes"

"Kami knowing your alive... I don't want to go back without you, but... I have to..." he shook his head very slowly, his eyes staying unblinking. "I'll miss the kami I remembered as my boyfriend..."

"Wel-" he was cut off by shinso, who just spoke over him.

"you were such a good guy, always making everyone laugh" the teen frowned, making kaminari tense up.

"it was nice to feel like I was important to everyone" he admitted very timidly, pressing his hands together. "but I also felt like a punching bag to people like... well...bakugo..."

"Bakugou acts all tough, but I saw him get upset just as the rest of the bakusquad did. They all cared, yknow. Bakugou even admitted it to you during that dumb fight" he looked up curiously at the blonde "none of us knew you felt like this... We would've tried to help..."

"It was no use" he informed "I actually liked the class but I knew I couldn't betray the league"

Shinso pressed his hands to the floor, pushing himself to his feet. He walked forwards til he was only inches away from kaminari. The smaller teen hoped that the insomniac couldn't hear his heart beating.

"Tonight you'll be back at U.A." the blonde told him, almost breathlessly.

"don't risk yourself to the villains just to prove you can be good" he told him, his voice sharp and low "I know you don't care, I can escape by myself"

"hitoshi, i never thought I'd have to call you a dumbass but do you really think I'd do this when I didn't care about you. I could just leave you here as bait for the pros" he snapped, gripping the top of the taller males shirt.

"...be careful, dabi told me that if you two get caught shigaraki will be pissed, and I believe that" the taller male whispered

"alright.." kaminari let go of the clothing, his tensed muscles relaxing rather quickly. "And... I want you to tell the bakusquad something once you get back" he looked up at shinso.

"what..."

He took a deep breath

"Tell them to not worry about what's going on with the league, tell them to find better people to hang around with, im not a hero and I never will be... please apologize to them for me" they stood still for a moment before shinso leaned a bit closer.

"I will, denki..." he whispered, "and hey, even though you betrayed us, I thought I'd say, please don't die yet..."

"Shiggy wants to watch shinso" dabi called to kaminari, the male stumbled back, almost falling. He opened the door, tripping as he stepped out.

"alright sparks out of the way, time for me and the prisoner to argue" he hummed, shoving past kaminari.

"hey!" He whined, getting yanked out of the way by Dabi.

"It's the last time shigaraki and shinso will have their dumb quarrels" dabi chuckled into kaminaris ear, and the blonde huffed in an amused manner, his eyes shimmering with pure excitement
