Chapter 11: Jack, the dragon

CHAPTER 11

"But how do we fly?" Another man from the group asked and I turned to Hiccup.

"I thought you have dragons.' I asked surprised.

"Had is the right term I suppose. Drago Bludvist took our dragons. He rides my dragon toothless now! All with the help of his Alpha-" Hiccup started and I interrupted him.

"Wait a minute. His Alpha? There's another one?" I asked him.

"Yes..." Hiccup said softly cooking up a plan in his head. "The baby dragons! They listen to none. Even the Alpha! We can ride them!" He ran towards the fort and slid in through one of the man sized gaps on the wall, which I assumed to be the entrances. We all followed him to see a bunch of cute baby dragons.

"Wow. They're cute." I said in astonishment.

"Behold our rides everybody!" Hiccup bellowed and jumped on one of the dragons. It wriggled for freedom, but eventually calmed down. Everyone else did so and Hiccup offered a dragon.

"Uh... No thanks. I'll ride safe with Jack." I said backing away from the baby dragon.

"You have a dragon named Jack? And if didn't notice, all the dragons have been captured." The warrior girl said and I laughed.

"A dragon named Jack?" I asked, still laughing.

"They don't see me Elsa." Jack whispered in my ear and I turned around. Our faces were a few centimeters away. I had to resist the urge to kiss him that very moment.

"Oh... right." I said turning back to the rest of the group who were by then, staring at me as if I was crazy. "Um... Jack isn't my dragon. He's my um... friend."

"Our dragons are our friends too you know." The other girl from the crowd said chuckling. Her twin nodded and smiled.

"Jack isn't a dragon at all. He's one of the guardians of the children around the world. Jack Frost. Right now, he's standing behind me actually." I said trying to get them to understand.

"Okay. Why don't we see him?" Hiccup asked confused.

"You need to believe in him." I said and they gave me the crazy look again. "I know you think this is crazy, but it'll work. You'll see."

"Okay... I believe in Jack Frost.' Hiccup said, still a little confused and then he glared at Jack. "Is this some kind of a magic trick?" He asked bewildered.

"no mate. It's just the truth." Jack replied and snapped his finger. It began to snow.

"Don't show off." I said looking at him and he smirked. Again, I had to resist the urge to kiss him.

Elsa! Just do it already!

"Just shut up and go away." I muttered to my subconscious and then realised that I had said it aloud. Jack looked hurt. "No, no! I didn't mean you! I was having a self conflict!"

"Elsa, your Alpha's death is playing with your mind. Relax. We'll go." The warrior girl spoke. "We'll go. I mean it. I'm Astrid. Thought you ought to know." She said and smiled.

"I'm Ruffnut" The twin sister said and she pointed to her twin brother continuing "He's Tuffnut."

"I'm Snotlout." The buff short man said proudly.

"Hey. I'm Fishlegs." The plump man who had remained silent all this time said.

"Wow. Nice names." Jack said mocking them. it seemed as though only Hiccup could hear it.

"Yeah. We Vikings think that naming our kids with funny names may scare the dragons. Like "I'm a Hiccup. I'm going to destroy you." Something like that." Hiccup said mocking his own name.

"You too Hiccup? You're talking to the air?" Astrid asked with a smile.

"No! Jack's real. Just believe in him. All of you!" Hiccup said and they all concentrated hard on imagining what a guardian would look like if he was real. And then I guess everybody saw him.

"I thought you'd be older." Ruffnut said stroking her chin.

"Yeah. Like Santa." Tuffnut finished her sentence.

"Like North? He has his own fashion statement. No will do." Jack said and laughed, they gave him the look that they gave me earlier.

"Okay. You can ride with Jack. We'll be right behind you." Hiccup said and nodded.

I held on to Jack and we flew out the fort.

"Wind. Take us back to Berk!" Jack exclaimed and we drifted with the wind. We were so close. Ugh! Why did his lips have to be so kissable? I tried my best to control my desire to kiss him, and I did. Jack just looked at me and smiled.

"Elsa..." He said with his deep voice and looked at me. Then he leaned in closer and kissed me. It felt like nothing I'd ever experience before. It felt like my heart was melting inside me. A thousand butterflies fluttering in my stomach. I flung my arms around his neck and kissed him back. Everything around me seemed like a blur. It was Jack, and Jack only. He slowly pulled away and looked into my eyes. I looked down immediately, hoping that this wouldn't end like the last time.

"Wh-Why did you do that?" I asked still looking down.

"Did what?" Jack asked cheekily. Ugh! His stubbornness.

"K-Kiss me? Why did you do that? I thought we were just being f-friends." I said, still refusing to look into his eyes. He placed his hand under my chin and lifted my head.

"Because... I love you." Jack said as he stared at me with those amazing blue eyes.

"But I thought-" I started and he kissed me again, obviously shutting me up. This time he pulled away quickly. "What was that for?" I asked him.

"I don't want to have any regrets. What if this is my last chance to tell you how I feel about you?" Jack asked softly.

"It won't be your last chance. I'll be there with you as long as I live." I said and hugged him, my head resting on his chest. "I love you too. Always have."

"Me too." He said and I looked at him confused. Just when I was about to ask him what that meant, he pointed at the village of Berk and exclaimed "Drago Bludvist has all the dragons!"

I turned to face the village and saw a giant dragon glaring at the hundreds of other dragons flying around in front of it. The Alpha of Drago Bludvist. He was sitting on the black dragon we had seen earlier. That must have been Toothless.

"Elsa! Jack! This is mine to finish! Go help them take down the Alpha! I'll take care of Drago Bludvist..." Hiccup said and flew towards his black dragon to Drago Bludvist.

"You heard him people! Let's go!" The warrior girl exclaimed as she flew towards the village and Jack followed...

A/N yup. I just did that... Jack loves elsa... Jack loves Elsa... Jack loves Elsa... MWAHAHA! I'll try updating soon...
