Chapter 23

*Nash's P.O.V*

THE NEXT DAY.

It has been 6 days since the accident.

Which means I've been awake and out of my coma for 3 days now.

All I want to do is see Hanna, all I want to do is hold her.

A doctor suddenly came in and interrupted my thoughts.

"Mr. Hamilton Nash Grier?" The doctor said. Ugh. I hate that name.

"You can call me Nash." I chuckled

"Arlight, Nash." He also laughed. "so, you're clear. We checked all the test results for concussions or anything like that, and you looked good, there's nothing wrong. You are able to leave at anytime you want."

I am so happy right now.

"I need to see Hanna guys." I said to my mom, Hayes ,Jack J, Jack G, Sammy, and Taylor.

Cameron, Laura, and zoe were with Hanna's mom hoping that Hanna would wake up.

Hanna's mom has also been seeing me.

My mom and hayes have also checked on her too and told me how she was.

She's still in a coma, but she's breathing and that's all that matters.

The doctor said that the longest she'd be in a coma was for a week. She can wake up at any time now.

"Well, get yourself dressed and then you can go see Hanna." My mom said and I smiled back as the doctor helped me off my bed

"Thank you, sir." I shook the doctors hand.

"My pleasure. Take care." He smiled at me and walked out of my room.

I had my boxers on already under my hospital robe, my mom handed me sweatpants and I slid them up. I then took off my robe and slid on a sweatshirt my mom handed me.

I then fell right to the ground.

"Nash, you have to sit in the wheelchair." My mom said helping me up off the ground. Hayes started laughing which made all the guys start laughing, including me. I then saw the wheelchair she was talking about.

"Oh, right." I laughed and I sat in it and my mom pushed me out of my room into Hanna's room.

And there I saw the love of my life. Laying on the bed in a coma.

I started tearing up as I entered the room.

It hurt, knowing that she is in a coma.

"Its alright, bud." Cam got up and patted my back.

"Can I have some time alone with her, please?" I asked and everyone agreed and walked out of the room. Everyone except cam.

He pushed my wheelchair closer to her.

"Thank you." I said

"No problem." He smiled and walked out of the room closing the door behind him.

"Hanna." I whispered

*Hanna's P.O.V*

"Hanna." Someone whispered.

Nash! It's Nash.

Wake up!

He then grabbed my hand it kissed it.

I felt him interlock our fingers.

"hopefully you aren't mad that I haven't been here with you, I was in a coma of my own. And from the moment I've been awake from it, I have wanted to see you. But I couldn't. I need you to wake up babe. I love you so much. And I'm so sorry that I made you go down that stupid fucking hill. I told you it was going to be okay if we went down it, but look where that put us. We got in a car accident and its all my fault. I should have took the wheel and stopped Connor. But, I didn't. If I did, neither one of us would be in this situation right now. You're going to wake up Hanna. it could be today, it could be tomorrow. But, I know you will. For me? You can do it Hanna! I know you can..." Nash said. I heard him sniffle a lot through that and I can tell he had tears in his eyes.

This is your time Hanna.

Fight the darkness.

It's simple, just open your eyes.

Just at that moment,

Crust fell off my eyes.

I could see light and Nash standing ahead of me.

"Nash?" I said in a very weak and quiet voice.

"Hanna" he hugged me and cried on my shoulder.

I cried with him

"I missed you" I said, again in a weak voice.

"I have missed you like crazy" Nash paused. He then let go of me and held my hand "guys! She's up!"

Everyone started running into the room.
