"Oh hey Meagan how long have you been here" I ask scratching the back of my neck. "Uh, long enough to see you kick that things ass then reveal your identity" she says half yelling. "You're the fallen soldier?" "No its um... cosplay ''''oh totally, because being in cosplay gives you special powers" she crosses her arms "okay maybe I am the fallen soldier but you have to keep it a secret". She paints a smirk on her face. "What happens if I do". Oh god. How do I convince her. "Well your not supposed to be out here without an adult" "I'm here with you" "you snuck out. Keep my secret and I won't tell mrs Cli". She thinks for a minute "sounds promising, but mrs Cli hasn't done anything about this before, what is she gonna do now" she puts her hands on her hips. "Don't you remember what I told you, if I tell mrs Cli you are automatically signed up for boot camp" she gives a small laugh. "How bad could boot camp really be". How bad could boot camp really be she says. "This is actual military training. It's not just a little session, people bleed, cry, pass out, and sweat. You won't survive one second of that". Her eyes widen for a second before she puts out a hand. "Fine, but you're gonna need a way to sneak back into camp". I shook her hand but I'm confused. "Why" I ask. "Because everyone felt the earthquakes and they know it was the fallen soldier". I panic. "Don't worry I have a way back inside, follow me". She leads me back to camp and to the side. "This tiny door leads to a closet in my room, just don't snoop around". I nod and go through. I exited her room and go to the dining hall. " I fake a yawn because there were a couple people there. Just then everyone came inside. "Sydney, I thought you were out" the cafeteria lady from this earlier said. "Once I saw one of those monsters I ran back" I say. They looked convinced. "Alright, we just wanted to make sure you were safe". I grab a plate of food and sit down to eat it. I here someone grab a chair next to me and sit. I look to my right and see Ella. "Another one of those monsters showed up" she speaks. "The warrior of protection kicked his ass". "Word got out that fast" I ask her. "You would be surprised". She sticks her fork into her eggs and takes a bite. "Did you know they are on a mission to find the queen of demons" Ella starts a conversation. "Just now, they should have started like 3 years ago" I reply. "They think she might be living in the Nevada forest because 4 years ago all the dear there mysteriously died" She says. "It's also rumored to be haunted" I comment in a spooky voice. Ella and I continue talking until we are finished eating and then we head to our dorms. I lay on my bed and overthink as I tend to do sometimes. What if  Meagan  doesn't keep my secret. Will people believe her. Will I have to leave Ella here all alone. Is she going to take advantage of this situation. If so what will she want. "Whatever she does, I have to do the most I can to make sure nothing happens". And with that, I pick up a picture of my brother. "You died for me to be able to save the world" I feel tears form in my eyes. "And dammit I will make sure I save the world, even if the brat wants to tell it who I am"
