I woke up at 6:00. That's the earliest I've woken up. Breakfast isn't for two hours, what should i do until then. I could maybe see if El is awake but she probably isn't. Maybe i should just read a book or something. I picked up a book that I found in the library. I thought it had an interesting theme. It's a historical fiction about the corona virus that put the world on lockdown in 2020. It's a love story too. I wasn't sure how you mixed sickness and love but it was apparently really sad. Whatever, I'll read it. It's not like i have anything better to do. It's by the same author that wrote that book about the warriors of peace.

An hour had passed and I read a couple chapters. It's really good actually. The main character, Avery, is dating this boy named Jamie. Avery's dad is a doctor and has to deal with all the people who get the coronavirus. So Avery can only talk to Jamie on the phone. Jamie starts showing symptoms of having the coronavirus. That as far as I got but I'm pretty excited to continue reading. I look at the time, it's 7:30. Maybe El's awake now. I exit my room and find the hallways completely empty. That's weird, usually the cooks are preparing breakfast, And Sara would be talking to guests. Could this have something to do with that feeling yesterday. I had forgotten. How could I have forgotten. I started hyperventilating, something happened because I wasn't paying attention. I blew off that instinct like it was nothing and now everyone could be dead. "Syd are you okay" I hear a voice. "El?" I look. "Where is everyone?" I asked her. Maybe she would know. "In the dining room still, why?" she answers then begins a new question. "Everyone is already eating, I thought breakfast was at 8" I say. What is going on. "It is at 8" El says. I think she could sense my confusion. "Did you forget to set up your clock" she asks "why would I need to set it again" I ask her. "The power went out last night just before everyone went to sleep so we needed to reset everything, remember" she says. "No, I fell asleep shortly after I got into my room," I told her. She looks confused. "That doesn't make sense," she says. "What do you mean it doesn't make sense?" I ask. "You were there helping everyone reset everything" she tells me.

I went to my room after that and looked at the clock that now said 9:40. This doesn't make sense. I fell asleep before the power went out and yet I was still there. This doesn't make sense. Did I teleport to another universe or something? Did someone pretend to be me. And if they did, why, are they trying to get information. From who? This all doesn't make sense. Wait a second. That demon.

'Then you know what, this is war, me against you and the rest of the warriors of peace and there is no way a bunch of mortals will beat the queens of hell'

She did something. She probably did something. She had too. Who else could have. Who else has the motive to. That witch. What exactly happened though. Did she erase my memories, did she pretend to be me. Did she make everyone else think they saw me. Could she have caused the power outage. I don't know what she did. But I do know she is scum for it. That's when it happened. I heard a loud crashing sound and then a scream. And just like that havoc broke loose.

I ran out to find Morgan running up to me. "What happened!" I asked her. She gasps for breath but manages to speak. "One of those monsters" she breathes. "I crushed the dining room like a soda can" she breathes again. "My mom got crushed" she finishes, and I start running. "Is everyone okay?" I yell "a part of the ceiling fell on one of the adult tables. I think. They can't stay in here, but the monster might get them if they go outside. Then I remembered something.

"Don't worry I have a way back inside, follow me". She leads me back to camp and to the side. "This tiny door leads to a closet in my room, just don't snoop around"

Morgan's secret entrance. They can get out through there. "Morgan!" I turn around. She looks at me. "Bring everyone to the secret tunnel in your room, everyone can escape through there" I tell her. "But that's my-" I stopped her. "Now's not the time, hurry" "okay, EVERYONE FOLLOW ME" she screams and everyone follows. Now I need to transform. I go into a room and quickly transform and then go out. I ran into the dining hall. It looks completely trashed" I look at the table, I need to see if anyone's still alive. I lift up the fallen ceiling. And see people ducking. "Are you guys alright" I hear gasps. "The fallen soldier" they all say. Finally someone speaks up. "We are but Mary was hit in the head. She's unconscious ''I look over. That El's foster mom. Run to Morgan's room, two of you carry Mary, there is a tunnel in her closet that leads outside, hurry and don't be spotted. They leave and I go to check the rooms. Once I checked the last one I was relieved to find no one, but when I walked out of the last one. "E- what are you doing here" I asked her. "I can help you," she says. "I appreciate that but I can't put you in danger" I answered. "No you don't understand-" i stopped her, go join the others through the secret tunnel" I demand. She walks away. There was only one thing left to do. "Where is this monster"
