Eight Weeks Later.....
Nyla walked Spring Street with more shopping bags than she could carry. After putting it down on Bricks last night she decided to reward herself the best way she knew how. Retail therapy. She could tell that the distance that stood between the two of them started to fade as she knew it would and she was loving it. For the first time in forever Nyla was someone's girl or at least that's what it felt like in her mind.
Reagan and Sai'Yanna came pushing the twins out of MoMA Design Store, laughing and carrying on not paying attention to those around them. Accidentally, Sai'Yanna bumped into Nyla causing her bags to hit the head of Milan's stroller. "Oh, I'm sorry we weren't paying attention. You good?" Sai'Yanna asked sounding sincerely concerned. Nyla looked up and scrunched up her face. "Damn, bitch maybe next time you watch where you going", she spat back. Reagan looked at Nyla closer, recognizing her face from Bricks photo on Instagram.
Before Sai'Yanna could even respond Reagan splashed a cup of cold coffee onto her ivory colored bodysuit. "Bitch it's baby's on board. She asked you kindly if you was okay. Are you okay now, bitch?" Sai'Yanna was shocked to see Reagan acting the way she did, it was if they switched roles or something because usually Sai was the one not giving a damn about anything.
"I paid $200 for this shit. Bitch I'm gone whoop yo ass", Nyla yelled. "Tell yo nigga to pay for it, I'm sure he can afford it. Don't you think so Sai'Yanna." Reagan knew exactly what she was doing. She was adding just enough fuel to Sai's fire to get her started. Nyla's face went from appalled to agitated with a swiftness. Reagan pulled up the photo of Nyla and Bricks, bring it to Sai'Yanna's attention to refresh her memory. And judging by her body language, she was pretty sure she did.
"Well now I get to meet the infamous Sai'Yanna huh?" Nyla asked circling Sai. "The bitch my man just could never seem to stop talking bout. I don't see what the hype was bout." Nyla tried her best to get underneath Sai's skin but it wasn't working. Even after having the twins, her stomach snapped back as if nothing ever happened, her ass was the right size for her shape and her breast never grew an inch. If anything, Sai'Yanna body matured even more. "Was? Bitch I'm still the hype, the only difference is the kids. If I wanted a nigga, I could have them bitch. I don't have to suck a nigga dick for a Gucci bag." Sai'Yanna shut Nyla up with a quickness, fixing the head of Milan's scroller, walking off with a sway in her hips.💋💋💋💋💋
Bricks was in the middle of a meeting with his crew as he noticed an incoming call from Nyla. Damn what this bitch want now, Bricks thought to himself. "Aye, y'all give me a second", he said slipping into his office. Today was too important to be dealing with Nyla's bullshit, he had a major lick on his hands and he needed all his soldiers heads right. She was becoming more of a liability than anything and Bricks was so over it. "Wassup Nyla, I'm in the middle of some important." "I just ran into yo babymama and her sidekick and her lil friend threw coffee on my $200 bodysuit. What the fuck? They lucky they had they fucking kids with them cause they were bout to get fucked up." Nyla ranted into the phone. Bricks let out a frustrating sigh, laying his phone on his desk, palming his face into his hands.
This was the last thing he needed to deal with. Nyla wanted an issue so bad with the wrong female, Sai'Yanna was not the one to deal with just because she had kids now didn't mean she'd do more damage then she'd done before. Nyla was playing with fire and soon she'd see how bad it burned."Bricks? Bricks? BRICKS! Nigga I know you hear me!" She yelled into the phone. He hung up the phone and walked back into the room with his soldiers. "Everything thing good boss", KD asked. "Yeah everything good, just some mediocre shit", he lied. Bricks put his mind back into the right space. "Alright so the drop gone be at the old Grain Terminal at 11:30 pm. These Russian mu'fuckas ain't on the bullshit, they know who each of us is and they can smell fear so if any of you niggas KNOW y'all ain't ready for this gone tell me now", Bricks preached to the ten men sitting in the room. One young man raised his hand, making his presence known. "U-um, I don't think ima be able to fall through tonight B. My babygirl got a recital tonight and I promised I wouldn't miss it."
"Nigga the shit at 11:30. I'm pretty sure that shit will be over way before then. If you pussy then say that." Silk yelled out. This was just as much of Silk's team as it was Bricks. Ever since they decided to take over the streets together, nothing was easy to get past them. Bricks chuckled as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "You heard'em. You pussy Carlos?" Bricks asked. Carlos shook his head no gulping hard. "Alright then. Y'all asses be ready to go in, fully loaded and if you know you not man enough for this shit, it's totally understood." Bricks insisted. He knew the weak links would be offed with no hesitation.
