Chapter 9

**Cam's POV**
          Nash and I were waiting at their door, we had already rang the bell, but we know that girls usually take longer to get ready. We were discussing about some silly thing when Lux opens the door, she looks prettier, I think Nash is thinking the same thing because his mouth is wide open. I giggled but then I see myself at the same position. May came behind her looking stunning. WOW.

          "Hey boys" May said coming in our direction. Rapidly we came back to our normal position.

          "Oh my god, you look fantastic, just marvelous." I said in one breath. She giggled and blushed, she is gorgeous, simply gorgeous, I could look at her eyes forever. She is so pretty.

          "Thanks Cam, you look pretty good too." She said giving me a wink. I don't think she likes me tho....

          In the meanwhile Nash is talking to Lux, and they to be working thing out. I hope they are okay, I know Nash likes her and I don't want him to get sad. I know that when he is sad about a girl, he gets devastated.

          "Okay guys! let's go, otherwise we'll lose the movie" Lux said kind of leaving Nash alone. I feel bad for him.

The car ride was kind of silent, it wasn't awkward tho, we chat a little, just small talk, not big deal. When we arrived, I jumped out of the car and gently hold May's hand, she blushed a little, it's adorable.

          We got the popcorn, the tickets and walked to the section.

The trailers were still on, so we had time. I thought about talking to May in this time.

          "Hey May?" I whisper.

          "Yeah?"

          "I was thinking about what we were talking about today.." her face immediately turns pale. I need to change the subject, NOW! "...And whenever you want, you can tell me. I'll be here for you, take your time, okay?" she smiles a little, uff.

          "Thanks Cam" she says resting her head in my shoulder. I can feel goosebumps coming, I can't have them now. Too late. She notice the goosebumps and giggled.

           The trailers are over and the movie is about to start.

          The movie end, and May is in a deep sleep, still with her head in my shoulder. I thought about waking her the sweetest way possible.

          Firstly I touch her head slowly, and then her arms, she moves a little, but she is still knocked out, I whisper "Hey beautiful, it's time to wake up." She opens her gorgeous eyes and slowly put her self together.

          "I'm sorry I fell asleep"

          "Really? I didn't notice" I replied ironically. She punched my arm softly. I laughed.

          When we were letting the movies, someone called May, she turned around and her face turned pale again. There he was. The guy that made her cry. He was approaching us,band May instantly hold my arm, I looked down at her and I could see she was scared.

          "Hey May! Who is this guy?" He asked her referring to me. May was quiet. "Oh, hey Lux! Didn't notice you there, and you have someone too"

          "Hi Scott, what do you want?" Lux was sad too, her voice was full of anger, like she really wanted to kill him.

          "I don't know what you are talking about, I just wanted to see my great friend May. Right May?" He said looking at May.

          "Hey man, I don't know who the fuck are you, but you need to get out." Nash said, if he didn't, I would.

          "Oh, okay Mr. lovely eyes, I'll leave." he said chuckling. "of course I'll see you later May" He winks at her and leave.

          Until Scott was out of view, May holds my arm, the way he looked at her with such a painful look, like he did something awful for her. I looked at her and she was about to cry.

          We left the movies and arrived at May's house, without saying anything. The most silent ride ever. I opened the door for her and gave her a kiss in the forehead. "Good night cutie, if you need anything, just call me, you have my number, okay?" She nod still terrified. I turned around to walk to my car, Nash was finishing the talk with Lux.

          "Cam?!" May called me and came running in my direction. She hugged me tight and it seems that her little body was going to break. Of course I hugged her back, and I swear that I wish that moment could never end. "Thank you for everything" she mumbles.

        "It's okay princess."

I know I'm late.... Just some graded activities left, and BANG! The school year is OVER!
