Two Days Later

Me and Ethan havent talked for a few days and I feel guilty, I mean its hard not to talk to him since I see him everyday. The girls have been talking about Ethan more than normal recently about how hes been messaging them alot which would explain why I hear movements in the middle of the night.

Ive been thinking of him alot recently only because I probably messed things up with him for making him having a panic attack, or maybe because im going to be homeless... again.I dont think its that because for some reason I genuinely seem to care for Ethan.

Time to go home

I was confused whether i was welcome back into the Dolan household because of what I just did so I thought I might just drive around with my stuff in the back of the car, Ethan walks into the dorm and starts packing his bag.

We dont make eye contact but I look at him whilst he packs his bags, Jack walks into the dorm and smiles at me "You alright bro" Jack asks Ethan rubbing his back "Yeah Of Course" Ethan said calmly its the first time ive heard his voice clearly for two days.

I grab my bag and make my way to the car and drive to a nearby restaurant.

I walk into the restaurant and wait to be served as a cute waiter comes up "Welcome just a table for one" He smiles as I nod "Just me" I say lightly "Right this way" He says leading me to a table "heres your menus" He smiles "Thanks" I stutter as he hands me the menu and winks at me walking off .

My food arrived faster then I anticipated and I look around at all the families and couples eating and then theres me... alone... with nobody but myself.

After I had finished my food and the plate was taken away the cute waiter comes up to me with a chair "What are you doing here" I ask him "You looks out of place and Im on break thought you might want to talk" He asked as I nod "I would like that" I smile to him "Whats your name" He asks.

"Ava Whats yours" I ask looking him in his blue eyes "Matt" He smiles at me with his pearly white teeth "I like that name" I smile to him "Your name suites you" He says "Im gonna get straight to the point Your cute I just wanted to know if you had a boyfriend because maybe this might get awkward" Matt says chuckling lightly.

"No Uh just single me" I say lightly giving him a casual smile "who wouldnt wanna date you" Matt says making me go red "Alot of people you would be surprised" I chuckle as I look at the door and notice Ethan, Grayson, Simon, JJ, Jack and Derek walk into the restaurant as I focus my attention back to Matt.

"You know your cute aswell" I smile to him "Like very cute" I continue making Matt blush "Well thanks" He smiles as I see Ethan and his friends get placed diagonally in front of me "Do you have any hobbies" I ask Matt who seems to be distracted "Matt" I say trying to get his attention as he chuckles nervously "Sorry Yeah" He says.

"Do you have any hobbies" I ask him nervously "Yeah I like to swim and play football sometime with my little brother" He says "Do you?" He says as I shrug "if being treated like shit and feeling awfully guilty was one id be good at that but I guess I like softball an awful lot but I havent been able to play it because of Uni" I say "You go to Uni" He asks as I nod.

"I didnt want to go to Uni my mum was accepting of my choice but she made me get a job" He says making me giggle "So you decided to get a job like this no football try outs or anything" I ask him taking a sip of my glass of water as he shakes his head "No im not the best at it" He chuckles biting his lip "You look good" I say pausing slowly getting nervous "At Football of course" I giggle nervously as does Matt.

"Hey I gotta go back to work but maybe just maybe i could try and get your number" He asks "how many girls numbers do you have" I chuckle asking him "Maybe you and my female family members" He says "really" I say as he nods "Im not one to lie" He says making me smile "great" I smile as I give him my number and he walks off.

Another waiter comes "Do you want anything for dessert" he asks "Just Vanilla Ice Cream thanks" I say looking at him as he nods and walks off.

My phone goes off and its JJ messaging me

JJ: that is you right
Me: Yeah it is
JJ: Your totally gonna get in with the waiter guy
Me: You think
JJ: Of course you even know it he was totally flirting with you lmao
Me: lmfao nah anyways why are you guys here
JJ: Grayson and Jack wanted to go out to eat because they were hungry and this was the best place in town
Me: damn straight its the best place in town
JJ: Hey ive noticed you and ethan havent been close lately whats up
Me: it was both our faults but i cant really say
JJ: ok i better go the boys keep looking at me
Me: ok maybe see you on Monday??
JJ: Yea cya :)

Time passes and my ice cream comes out and so does matt (no hes not gay) "Ice cream m'lady" He says placing my bowl of ice cream on the table "thank you" I smile "no problem" he winks walking off as I look over to the group of boys and notice it wasnt just the boys, the girls were there aswell.

I get on my phone and message Grayson

Me: Hey Grayson I cant help but notice Hannah, April, Autumn and Mia are with you who invited them
Grayson: Hey Ava, Ethan invited them he thought you were with them
Me: oh
Grayson: you ok by yourself
Me: yea of course why wouldnt i be
Grayson: whenever water boy leaves you dont look like yourself
Me: I feel guilty grayson
Grayson: why?
Me: i thought him having a panic attack was bs for some excuse like derek
Grayson: well whats different between Ethan and Derek
Me: I care for Ethan?
Grayson: no like how do they effect your feelings
Me: Well Derek broke my trust and Ethan built it back up
Grayson: no re-read that sentence until you finally realise okay :)
Me: ok

I re-read the message over and over whilst still eating my ice cream

Grayson: and i know your trying to avoid coming home, remember your still allowed home because its your home aswell :)

I smile at his text as Matt comes back "Hey I notice you look at that group over there do you know them" He asks taking my plate as I nod "Yeah they go to my uni" I smile "why arent you with them" He asks as I shrug.
