A Week Later
"No I'm not trying to break up with you we have only been together a month I'm just saying I'm busy" I say pacing around my room "so you want a break" Matt says.
"No no no I'm just saying that I'm going mia for a few days I'm not gonna be dead or gone" I say "Ok so your going for a few days that's all you needed to say" Matt says calmly "I know I just feel like you need to know" I say to him "Yeah but you made it seem like we were breaking up" Matt says
"I know but I'm not good at explaining things Babe" I sigh "I know I know" He says "Look I have to go I'll see you in a few days" I say "Ok be safe" He says "I will bye" "bye" He says.
The call hangs up and I walk downstairs to see Grayson "New Jersey right" I ask to him as he nods "ok but when we land it's best I stay away from you guys I think I'll get a hotel you just go to your house" I say to Grayson "what no why" He says.
"I don't wanna ruin your family vibes besides I don't think Ethan would want to talk to me I mean" "stop over exaggerating Ava" Grayson says giving me a hug "look I miss him you know" I sigh hugging him back.
"I know how you feel" He says "I mean this is the longest we have ever been apart" He says letting go of me "but I guess he wants space" Grayson smiles as I nod.
My phone goes off and it's a message from Derek.
Derek: I know right now isn't the right time to say this Ave but you know, I just wanted to apologise for last year and what happened between us you know your really dope and I don't know what made me leak your nudes but your a bro and I just wanted to say I'm sorry for not being the boyfriend you dreamed of when you were a little girl but I hope we could be friends like before the chaos

At the airport I see my mother "we need to like face a different way" I whisper to Grayson gripping my bag "why" he whispers back "ungrateful unwanted mother" I sigh turning around and walking off as Grayson follows me "but our flight is that way" He says "what" I say.
"Our flight is that way and it's boarding" Grayson gasps "you just realised" I say as he nods and starts jogging towards my mother "just ignore her let's go" He says as I nod jogging after him.
"Hey Ava" My another Yells as I jog past her towards our gate and Grayson hands the lady our boarding passes and she lets us through "what's up with you and your mum" Grayson asks me.
"She doesn't want me so I got rid of the problem me my father is the only one who honestly cares about me but he live in Florida so there goes my life here if I go there" I say as we sit down "Your father is the only family member that cares about you" Grayson says "well besides my sister Kelly but that's if she's in a good mood" I sigh.
"That's sad I mean our family will treat you like their own especially our sister she's amazing" Grayson says as I chuckle nervously "But I'm not going to meet your family right" I say nervously "only if you want to" Grayson says "really" I say as the plane takes off.
"I mean our family loves meeting our friends even though they have never met any of our friends from LA" He says "Well if Ethan and I were ok then yes I would be glad to meet your family but as soon as Ethan and I arent ok then no thanks but I don't know to be honest" I say turning off my phone.
"Look Ethan loves you he really does" Grayson says "in a friend way right" I say suspiciously "Yeah of course is it fine if I call my mother to pick us up" Grayson says clearing his throat "sure why not but you have to hide me from Ethan" I say
"Well I have a secret spot you could stay in" Grayson smirks "I don't like this what are you what is that what are you doing" I say making him laugh

We land in New Jersey and Grayson spots his Mum "Mum" Grayson smiles walking over to her as I follow him "Mum this is Mine and Ethan's best friend Ava also our housemate" Grayson smiles introducing Me to His Mum "Hi Dear I'm Lisa" She smiles "Ethan is going to be so happy you two are all he talks about" She smiles shaking my hand.
She leads us to her car "How's Ethan" Grayson asks his mum "He's been lonely you know I think he is missing you two a whole lot he's been continuously hovering over your contact Ava" Lisa says "Do you know why he hasn't called her" Grayson asks.
"Well he wouldn't say much but he wanted to call you so bad" Lisa says as I sit there silently "He has been talking a lot about how he misses you too Grayson" Lisa says "I think he would be glad to have you both here" She smiles.
"You seem like a talented young lady what do you like to do" Lisa smiles look back to me and then back to the road "I like to cook and swim maybe if I have the chance to I like to shop" I smile as Lisa nods "Maybe Me you and Cameron can go shopping whilst your here" Lisa smiles.
"Cameron is our sister" Grayson smiles to me as I nod and we pull up to their house "woah" I say.
