I'm gonna do a cute coffee shop AU because I want to. Ezra is the barista and you are the customer. I have zero willpower let's get on!
The chimes on the glass door ring as you enter the cozy cafe. You look around at the tall stools in place of the short chairs that the run down cafe has down the street. The stools made it look more open in the cafe. There were cliche Einstein string lights hanging over the tables. The walls were a nice dark wood and the floors were a nice white tile. There were some hanging plants in the corner and paintings covering the walls. The cafe felt cozy overall.
You step up to the counter. It was still slightly early in the morning so there weren't many people around, meaning you were the first in line. The barista seemed to be in the back, so you scrolled on your phone for a bit to pass the time.
You see a tall man with long curly hair that was pulled back into a ponytail step out of the back, he started flattening down his apron and rushing over to take your order.
"Hey I'm Ezra, welcome to Nature (I literally had nothing give me a break) cafe, what can I get for you?", he asked hurriedly.
"Uh, could I get a hazelnut ice coffee with cream and sugar?", you ask politely.
"Anything else?", he asks.
"Nope, that should be it.", you smile at him.
"Alright that's gonna be 3.34 please, name?", He asks.
"Y/n", you smile as you hand him the money. He smiles back as he takes the money.
"Here's your change, that should be right out for you honey!", he says.
You blush and nod.
~like 5 min~
"Order for y/n!", he yells.
You walk up and grab your drink. He winks at you as you walk out the door.
You go to take a sip of your coffee but see writing on the side of the cup.
'Get coffee w/ me? ***-***-**** ~ Ezra'

I cried when re-watching umbrella academy again today :) Anyway I'm genuinely curious about your guys day, how was it? I played luigis mansion 3 today and bruised my hands from slamming them into my table in frustration. Anyway I love you all, thank you for 17k reads :)
