Those who believe and whose hearts find tothma’inah in the remembrance of Allah. Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find tothma’inah.” [Al-Qur’an 13:28]

Tothma’inah is Tranquility.

To say that I was disturbed would be an understatement. I can't stop myself from thinking of Ayman. First of all, I'm going to clear all my misunderstandings with him. Next, I would ask him to fly back to meet me. If he were here, things wouldn't have been this worse.

“Earth to Laiha!” I snapped into the reality and found Fiona standing with medicines in her hand.

“Don't worry. You'll be discharged soon.” She gave me the tablets and waited for my reply.

‘‘Does that mean I have to find my parents contact details?” I asked, taking the tablets one by one.

She gave a quick nod. ‘‘Yes.”

“Let's stay here until we get your parents contact details.” She gave me an assuring smile.

Suddenly, an idea popped in my head.

“Wait, do you have instagram in your phone?”

“Yes, why?”

I quickly grabbed her phone and searched for Naeef's name in it. Several account of Naeef appeared and I scrolled down to see his profile. A big smile played in my lips as I saw his instagram profile.

Damn! I miss this guy either.

I sent him a message informing where I'm. I wonder when this guy would read my texts. Seeing his pictures made me miss him more. He was there for me when I needed a companion. I recalled the memories of us when we last saw.

“Are you okay?” I nodded, swiping my face into a smiling one as how I unlock the phone. It was easy to swipe into different feelings but it was not that easy to swipe out the problems lingered inside me. Thankfully, she didn't ask me more and I really liked that character of her.

Fiona handed me an espresso, whilst I gazed at the beautiful view from the top. We both walked inhaling the sweet scent of coffee. We started walking back to the room. My legs became wobbly and I felt like I would pass out. I paused for a moment and tried to catch my breathe.

“Laiha, are you okay?” she asked getting panicked.

I gave her a nod. I let go off my coffee and placed my hand in my chest. It hurt so badly. “Laiha, What happened?” She quickly shouted for help and the nurses came running and took me back to my room.

After what felt like an hour or two, the doctor came back examining my reports. He spoke to Fiona and explained as she kept nodding at every word he uttered.

Two nurses were busy examining my pulse and my heart beat as they spoke, “Did you hear? That boy who got into an accident is getting discharged today. Poor guy, I feel sorry for him.” I didn't pay heed to what they were talking as my head was at my home. I wonder what they are doing. Are they worried about my disappearance? Did Lunah come back home or is she still at her place? Did Junaid wait for me to place his food in the room or he stopped showing up in the night?

“Ay..Ayman? Isn't it?” she said. This time I squinted back into reality. What were they talking about? Are they talking about the Ayman I know?

No way he's in the US

What happened to that guy?” I asked, narrowing my eyes at him.

“Oh that, poor guy got into a road accident.  All this happened  because of a girl.” She said and injected me. I moaned and tears rolled down my cheeks. It felt like  she injected straight in my heart and not in the hand. I didn't know why I felt so weird. Are they talking about me?
