Chapter 12

Y/N's POV
We all went in to the theatre. We found our seats and quickly sat down. I sat kind of in the middle of the group, Marinette on one side of me and Luka on the other. Marinette looked over at me and gave me a teasing smile when she saw who I was sitting next to, then quickly pulled out her phone and did something, probably sending a text to Alya since I heard her phone go off a second later.
"You're not supposed to have your phone on during a movie." I whisper to her, giving her a teasing look of mock disapproval. "But what if it's an emergency?" She whispers back, laughing a little. "I seriously doubt that it was an emergency that you text Alya immediately to tell her what's going on, she's right on the other side of you."
Alya leans around Marinette to smirk at me. "Yeah but Marinette had something to tell me and she didn't want to whisper it." "Sure." I say, rolling my eyes and leaning my head back against my seat. Luka looks over at us and laughs a little.
The movie started after that so we all got a little quieter.

After the movie we all headed out of the theatre. Some of us were talking about the movie while certain other people were trying to impress Adrien with their stories about supposedly saving some importent guy in China from falling to his death yada yada yada ...
When we got outside I decided to introduce myself to that girl who came with Adrien. She was standing with Marinette, talking about something. Marinette says something that makes her laugh as I walk over.
"Hi I'm Y/N." I say to the girl, giving her a friendly smile. She looks at me and smiles a little shyly back. "Hello, I'm Kagami, it's nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you too Kagami."
This girl seams to have kind of the same life as Adrien, always having to sneak out to have any fun, not really having many friends before so having to get used to having friends sometimes, maybe even similar parent stuff as well. She seams nice though.
"Do you go to our school Kagami." "Yes but I am in a different class." Marinette smiles, happy that her two friends are getting along. "Y/N, Kagami fences with Adrien." "Oh really? That's so cool! I've always wanted to try that."
Kagami smiles a little. "Thank you." She says. "What do you do Y/N?" She asks me. "Well, nothing much really, just homework and reading and helping my mom sometimes in her store." I say, ignoring Marinette's surprised look. I can't tell Kagami about my music. She seams trustworthy but I shouldn't have even told my other friends about it so I'm not going to make that mistake again.
Kagami looks back and forth between Marinette and me, probably wondering why Marinette is staring at me like that. I try to keep my expression light but I'm not sure if it works. She lets it go and the conversation turns to something else for the time being.
After a couple minutes of talking to Kagami and Marinette I hear an all too familiar voice calling my name. "Y/N!" (Again?) I think as I prepare myself for one of her hugs. She crashes in to me and hugs me tightly.
"Omg I'm sooo glad I found you! How did you like the movie? I swear once he looked over at me and wanted to hold my hand!" Kagami and Marinette look at me and I give them a look that begs for help. "Hey Lila." Marinette says with false cheer in her voice. Lila turns and gives Marinette a smile that's almost a grimace.
"Oh ... hey Marinette, I didn't see you there." Then she turns to Kagami. "And who are you? Omg I love your hair!" I can tell that Kagami doesn't fall for Lila's crap. "Thank you, my name is Kagami. I fence with Adrien and he and Marinette invited me to come." "Oh that's sooo great because since they invited you I got to meet you!"
Lila gives Kagami a fake smile. "Anyway, I've got to go call Ladybug, she really needs to talk to me, we're like best friends." Lila smirks while saying this, thinking that now she's shown that she's better than all of us. "Quite interesting." Kagami says without much interest in her tone. Lila turns and begins to walk away, then turns back to see that Marinette, Kagami and I have returned to our conversation.
She scowls and flips her hair as she continues to walk away. "Well that was unpleasant." Kagami says quietly so our classmates won't hear. Me and Marinette burst out laughing.
A couple minutes later we all decide to go eat somewhere. We find a place to get some food and eat outside since it's so warm.
A/N: Compleat opposite of where I live right now LOL
The place we got our food from had F/F so I got some. I was sitting with Marinette, Alya, Juleka, Rose, Luka, Nino and Kagami. Adrien wasn't with us at the moment because he'd gone to get something.
Nino was talking about some kind of stunt that one of the characters in the movie had done. "Seriously dudes it was like the most awesome part of the movie." "It was pretty impressive that he managed to do it but I wouldn't go so far as to say it was the coolest part." Marinette says, taking a bight of her food. "I agree." Kagami says.
"There were other parts that were cooler than that." We all get in to a debate about which part was the best in the movie. Adrien finally returns, looking uncomfortable. "What's wrong?" Kagami asks from her spot next to Marinette. He looks over his shoulder toward where Lila had just sat down with some of our other classmates.
"What did she do?" I ask him, taking a drink of my F/D. "Well ..." He looks like he's trying to figure out how to say it. "She tried to kiss me." He says uncomfortably shifting on his feet. Marinette glares toward where Lila is sitting, then looks kindly up at Adrien.
"What happened?" Luka asked from his spot next to me. Adrien sits on Marinette's other side and looks at us. "I was just getting something to drink and she came up to me and started talking about how I shouldn't be talking to some other girls since they were getting ideas or something. I asked her what she meant and she tried to kiss me, saying something about how they're not good enough for me." He looks down at his hands. "I just pushed past her after that."
Marinette puts a hand on his shoulder. "I'm sorry Adrien." She says, her eyes hardening as she looks over at Lila. "Why would she do something like that?" Rose asks. "Yeah she's super awesome!" Nino adds, looking with surprise at the green eyed girl. "Maybe she just wasn't herself." Alya says.
"She did say she's taking some kind of medicine that makes her act differently." Juleka says, sounding unsure. I sigh, wishing all of my friends would stop believing Lila's lies, they do look kind of unsure though. (They're starting to doubt her at least.) I think, hoping that soon she won't have any support of her lies from our classmates.
