A Musical Duet, Luka X Reader

Y/N's POV
"That's how it happened Mama?"
Two children look up at me from the couch of our home. The girl has dark hair and big E/C eyes while the boy has H/C hair and bright blue eyes, our children. I nod at them and smile as I feel arms wrap around me from behind. "Yes that's how it happened Honey." My husband says from behind me.
"You guys knew each other when you were really young!" My son exclaims, big eyes wide as he looks up at us. "You've known each other for a really long long time!" My daughter adds with a nod. "Yes we have." I say, sitting down next to my son and daughter.
"Yup." Luka says as he sits on the other side of them and leans back against the back of the couch. "And I knew I loved your mama the first moment I looked at her." He smiles at me while our son Malcolm makes a face and our daughter Melody smiles.
"And that's why you're so good at playing music together, because you did it for a long time?" Melody asks, leaning against my shoulder. "Yes Baby, and also because we like to play music together." I say, stroking my daughter's hair. Luka looks up at the clock and stands up.
"It's getting late, time for you two to get in bed." He says, looking down at our children. Malcolm groans and shakes his head. "I don't wana go to bed yet! I'm not tired!" I look at my son and see that he's trying to hold in a yawn. "Are you sure about that Little Man? You look a little tired to me." Luka says, noticing the same thing I did. Malcolm shakes his head.
"Me and Melody aren't tired right Mel?" He turns to look at his sister who shakes her head as well. "Yeah we're not tired." She agrees. Me and Luka look at each other for a second, thinking of a plan before turning back to the kids. "You know that song that Mommy and Daddy play to you two that you like?" I ask them and they think for a minute before nodding. "Yes?" Melody asks.
"We'll play it for you if you go to bed now." Luka tells them. They considder, looking at each other, leaning close to whisper which was really cute before turning back to look up at us. "K." Malcolm says, both of them hopping up from the couch to get ready for bed.
A couple minutes later they're both settled in bed with expectent looks in their big eyes. "Are you gonna play the song now?" Melody asks and I nod as Luka sits in a chair with his guitar.  They both smile and lean back, waiting for the music. Luka begins to play and I start to sing along.
"There's a whisper in the stars."
"Good night, good night."
"There's a song amongst the trees."
"Good night, good night."
"Can you here them singing?"
"Good night, good night."
"Listen to the words."
"Good night, good night."
"Follow them to sleep."
"Good night, good night."
"Follow them ... to sleep."
I open my eyes and look at our children as Luka plays the last notes. They're fast asleep, smiling softly. I look at my husband and smile as he gets up from the chair and we leave the room, quietly so as not to wake the two small sleepers.
"And we're good." Luka says softly with a little laugh as I close the door. I laugh as well as we return to the living room and settle ourselves on to the couch again. I rest my head on Luka's shoulder and he caresses my cheek.
"We've still got it." I say, smiling up at him. He nods. "I'm so glad you came to Paris all those years ago." He says softly, gently kissing my lips. "Me too." I answer, closing my eyes. "I love you Luka." "I love you too Y/N."

It feels so wierd to say that this is the end since I've been working on this book for so long. I'm so glad you all have seemed to enjoy my book. This was my first X Reader and I was a little nervous about how it would turn out so I'm really glad you guys liked it.
