Sakura & Sasuke had agreed to be the Uzumaki's twins godparents, they adore the twins even Sarada she took the rule of big sister serious, she would stop by and spend time with them much to Boruto annoyance that he had to share his sister.
Sakura would watch the girls when Hinata look like she needed a break, Sakura love the twins and Sasuke love them to, he would secretly watch them when they played with Sarada or on there own when ever he stopped by.

Naruto & Hinata had agreed to be the little Uchiha's godparents, Naruto & Hinata considered little (y/n) as their daughter, Hinata would take care of (y/n) when Sakura went to work and Sarada had to go to the Academy, Hinata would make (y/n)'s favorite food well Naruto would tell story of how awesome he was. Hinata would spend time with her, Sakura, and Sarada to make sure all the Uchiha were okay and safe.

Shikamaru & Temari had agreed to be the soon-to-be artist's godparents, Temari always want a daughter so here's her chance, Shikamaru just want to take a nap but was still happy to be there no matter what. Temari would watch her when Ino & Sai had to work or go on a mission, Shikamaru would take naps with her or take her to the Nara forest to look at the wild flowers and butterflies.

Chōji &Karui had agreed to be the lazy bean's godparents, Karui would treat her like her own daughter, she would cook for her, dress her, and even let her take naps anytime of the day, Chōji would watch her and take her out to watch the clouds like her father had did and still does, he even would give her advice about being nice and never leave the ones you love behind.
