Hiccup's pov~

I sat up, feeling cold air on my exposed chest. The boat had docked safely and everyone had their own little living quarters. I passed out after docking and was now awake in my uncomfortable wooden bed. I looked around the room and saw a black mass laying in the corner of my room. "Toothless..." I spoke, dazed from my unconscious state. I tried to get up but was caught by my scaled friend who I climbed onto the back of to make sure everyone was ok.

We left the room and walked to the center of my cave which was bigger then Berk its self, just underground. People talked quietly, laughter was heard at certain parts of the cave but mostly talking and crying.

I slid off Toothless and walked towards Erit who was discussing something with Mala and Astrid. Before I got anywhere near them Astrid saw me as anger lit on her face. She walked over, anger evident on her face still. "You are supposed to be in bed resting." She spoke in a cold voice that sent chills down my spine. "Well, I'm a viking, stubborn is in my blood." I said with a smirk on my face.

I could see a blue mass traveling closer to Astrid. It was Stormfly. The dragon had grown fawn of Astrid since they met. She rubbed her snout on Astrid's shoulder basically telling her to calm down.

Astrid breathed a sigh and walked back to Erit and Mala, me following close behind. "So, we should attack from the east of the bea and fight them off with the dragons." Erit said tracing a map that sat on the wooden table in front of him. "We shouldn't fight. Everyone thinks I'm dead, if I come back as the "Dragon Master", and confess that I started this, maybe they will stop fighting." I said placing my finger on the table and tracing the line of attack. Astrid had a face of 'no that is not going to happened' scribbled on it. She started to say something but was cut off by a scream of agony.

Astrid's pov~

"We shouldn't fight. Everyone thinks I'm dead, if I come back as the "Dragon Master", and confess that I started this, maybe they will stop fighting." Hiccup said tracing a path that led to Dragons Cove. Anger rose in me more, there was no way he was going outside in his condition.

I was about to say 'no' but a scream rang through the hallways. Everyone froze in silence. I shared a look of fear with Hiccup and sprinted off to the source, Hiccup close behind.

Screams echoed through the cave as we got closer. I saw my medical bag and snatched it as I ran past. We came to Ruff and Fishlegs' room and open the door wide.

"It hurts!!" Ruff yelled gripping onto the sheets of the bed. Fishlegs ran to us with tears in his eyes. "What's wrong with her?" He yelled shaking me. I immediately thought she was in labor, I pushed him and Hiccups out of the room. "Hiccup, can you find Mala and send her in, the baby is coming." I said calmly pulling my hair is a messy ponytail. He nodded and walked off leaving a panicking Fishlegs.

I closed the door and got to work with Mala coming in soon after.

Hiccup's pov~

After an hour, Astrid came out filthy."The baby is here." She said breathing a sigh of relief and stepping aside for Fishlegs to enter the dark room to see their beautiful baby girl.

Astrid steps closer to me and smiles. "I need a bath." She spoke, laughing a little at her slimy self. I broke into laughter as hers is so contagious. "I have a shower in my room, you can take some clothes from my closet if you need them." I said softly while self continuously raising my hand to the back of my neck and directing my eyes away from her beautiful figure.

"Thanks Hiccup." She smiled and walked away toward my quarters.

I walked back to the table where I and Astrid left Erit and Mala to talk about battle plans. After an hour of talking, Astrid came back into the room. She wore a red tunic of mine that had brown cross stitches on the front. The tunic tucked into a skirt that looked like one of my old green shirts. She had brown leggings and matching boots for bottoms. Her wet hair dripped onto the dirt floor as she combed through it with her fingers. She sat down across from me and watched intently.

"What have we decided?" She asked looking over the map. "Hiccup said we should attack from the northeast coast and travel in. He would confront them on their actions and if they opened fire, we would attack on dragons and stop the war." Erit spoke tracing his fingers on the map once again.

"Sounds like a great plan."
