a/n this chapter will be split between guys night out and girls night out
seth, roman, kevin, dean, xavier and randy sat at a circle booth in the town's emptiest bar. they ordered a couple of beers before finally addressing the elephant in the room.
"so, is it really over between you two?"
"yeah, she ended it last night so i will be rooming with dean until next week" roman sighs before taking a large sip of his beer. "anyways, tell me some good news, please"
"um, aside from seth and sasha, everyone's life has been quite boring" randy explains before xavier kicks his shin under the table. "ouch!"
"say it!"
"ugh, renee are kind of a thing"
"oh shit! finally! i called it!" dean hollered as roman congratulated randy. xavier explained how he slept with carmella the night of the party, but she still hadn't texted him back.
"honestly, let her go. you have been after her for so long, you might as well find a new girl"
"fine, i will, it is just, i have liked her for about a year and all she does is use me!" xavier groans. kevin pats his shoulder with a sigh.
"i know it is hard, but it's time man"
"let's make a toast" dean smiles as he raises his beer.
"to what?" roman asks.
"to women! they break us, love us, disappoint us, but we will always need them! to having better women put into our lives! expect randy cause renee is perfect for him!" he pauses. "and seth, obviously"
"here here!" kevin chants as they cheers their bottles and take a sip. that was all the catching up they needed before they turned to watch the game

"so! who is first?"
"well, charlotte obviously!" sasha explains. "what the hell is up with you?"
"i don't know, i just don't love roman anymore. i was bored of our relationship, i want more, our spark died, years ago"
"that's the same bullshit everyone ever says!" bayley scoffs. "i have technically been with finn just as long and the spark is there, you are hiding something! now spill!"
"fine! i am seeing someone else"
"what?" renee gasps. "who? since when?"
"sheamus, about six months ago, we did that celtic warrior workout and i have been seeing him ever since" charlotte explains.
"so, is it going to be a legit relationship or just a fling?" carmella asks.
"well, that is the thing. i have no idea, that is what makes it so much more thrilling. that is part of the reason i do not want to get back with roman"
"wait a minute!" sasha scoffs. "you broke off a five year relationship for some fling with a co worker?"
"well-"
"someone change the subject before i get upset" sasha says as she takes a deep breathe. "roman is like a brother to me! how could you do that to him?"
"so, you're taking his side?" charlotte yells back.
"yes! if rolls were reversed i would take yours! but they're not! what you are doing is wrong, i can't believe you don't see that" sasha sighs as she sips her sangria.
"so, renee, you and randy?" bayley asks desperately trying to change the subject.
"oh, you guys know?" renee giggles as they all nod. "well, we have a thing going on, but last night we slept together"
"what! how was it?" carmella squealed.
"it was amazing. guys, i think he actually likes me, like really"
"aw, i am happy for you, baby" sasha smiles.
"i also slept with xavier last night" carmella explains as bayley shakes her head.
"you leave that poor man alone! he needs to be free! all you do is play him" bayley explains. "am i clear?"
"yes mom"
the group laughed as renee raised her glass. "to a newly wed, a new relationship and setting people free, oh and charlotte finding happiness" the cheers and drink their sangrias and continue their gossip.
