The sun started to set and they've been walking for a few hours. Glenn and his wife walked ahead of the rest. Dean stayed behind them. He kept his eyes on the ground. His head hurts and he felt sick at the same time. They paused for a few minutes. And went further. Dean saw a sign standing beside the railway, showing a map to this so-called sanctuary.
Bob came walking beside him, "so who are you?" He asked.
"What do you mean?" Dean said and he looked sideways at him.
"Who were you before this." He said.
"I was a hunter."
"For sport?"
"No, to protect people."
"Hmm hmm, you were a cop or something?"
"Yea something like that."
"You killed?"
"Yes." Dean said, he killed people and things.
"Nowadays killing is no crime anymore." Bob said.
"Yep."
"Look!" Maggie said.
Dean looked at her direction, they saw a big building. With fences. "This is it."
Glenn stopped walking he smiled and he turned to the group. "We made it." He said.
They opened a gate. They raised their weapons. There was a another gate, with a sign. Lower your weapons, you'll be met. You've arrived at Terminus Glenn opened the gate and walked in, the rest follows. Dean hesitated. But he walked in. He closed the gate behind him. Where are the people?
He spotted the group standing still by a grill. A woman stood there. "Welcome you've made it." She said.
"Hungry?" She asked him. "Heck yea I'am." Dean said. The woman nodded and she grabbed a plate and she gave it to him. Dean saw a boy walking towards the woman. His face was covered in bruises. "What happend to you?" Dean asked. The boy looked at him, "hunting accident." He said and met Dean's gaze.
"How did that happen?" Dean asked.
"I was hunting on a bear. It attacked me." He said.
Maggie stood beside him, "a bear didn't do that." She whispered in his ear. Dean nodded. A bear is not that aggressive, and if it is it will not only hurt a man's face. "Be glad the bear didn't eat you." Dean said.
The boy opened his mouth, he wanted to say something but the woman interrupted him.
"Albert go." She said. The boy looked at her and nodded. And he walked away from the group. "I'm sorry, about Albert."
Dean took a piece of meat of his plate. On that moment a man came walking towards them. "I'm sorry it took so long." He said to the woman. He looked at Dean eating his food, "our leader wants to speak to you." He said walking away from the grill. "If You follow me." He said.
Dean left the plate on a picknick table, but something felt wrong. They followed the man. They entered a building the man stood by the door and when Dean entered he left and closed the door behind them.
They saw more people. "Welcome to Terminus." A man said. He walked towards them. "I'm Gareth." He said.
