When Daniel wakes up, it is the next day. At first, he smiles, before he remembers the concert. He turns to see Jack is fast asleep. He looks around the room to see it is picked up from his breakdown, and smiles. He pushes himself off the bed and leaves the room. He checks on Lavender before he goes into the living room. He sits on the couch and strums his guitar, humming a random tune along to it.
"Hey, you okay?" Daniel jumps and turns to see Jack leaning in the doorway.
"Yeah, I'm good," Daniel says, smiling when realizing it wasn't a lie.
Jack sits next to him and Daniel lays his head on the curly haired male's shoulder. They put on the news and just sit and watch it on low volume. It isn't long before they hear the loud screams of their daughter, and Daniel gets up and walks to the room.
"Papa!" Lavender squeals as the blonde picks her up.
"Hey, babygirl, let's go get some cheerios," he says as they return to the living room.
Daniel places her on the ground next to a bowl of cheerios. All of a sudden, Zach and Jonah rush into the house, the younger male on his partner's back.
"We did a thing!" Zach yells as he jumps off Jonah's back.
"Oh god. What did you do?" Jack asks with a slight hint of fear in his voice.
"We got married!" Zach says.
"Wait, what?!?" Daniel shouts, stabding up.
"Well, we met this girl and her sister and wanted to adopt them and their brother, so we got married. We pick the girls and their brother up soon," Jonah says.
"W-w-w-wait. Hold up. Y'all got married and can already adopt?" Jack asks.
"Well we got married like three months ago, but wanted to wait until the day we got the kids," Zach explains.
"Okay, so, tell us about the kids," Daniel says.
"Well, Austin and Skylar are the oldest, they are both 16, and Maya is 9. They have been in the system for 8 years, and have been separated up until where they are now. They've had a tough life and we fell in love with them when we met them," Zach says with a smile brighter than the sun.
"Well, they sound great, guys. Why are you over here telling us this?" Jack asks.
"W-well, we were going to wait, but Zach, here, couldn't hold it in and already called Corbyn to spill the beans, no pun intended, so we had to make sure we told you guys," Jonah says, sending a playful glare towards his husband.
The other two stand and hug their bandmates.
"Well, we'll see you guys at the concert," Jack says as the couple leaves.
"Well, let's get ready," Daniel says once their friends leave.
