Recap: brendan gets out of a mental hospital, and everyone throws him a welcome home party. After cake, Brendan wanders off, finding a piece of glass and cutting himself.
Now: (in 3rd pov)
At the sight, Logan's knees grow weak as he practically leaps to the floor where the glass was dropped.
He hands the glass to Jack, who then takes it to the bathroom.
"You'll be okay, B. I promise" Logan says as he then leads Brendan to the bathroom aswell.
Jack already took the first aid kit out and Logan began cleaning the cuts.
He needed to clean them before he could determine if Brendan needed stitches.
Brendan hissed and yanked his arms back when the peroxide hit his wounds.
"B, I'm sorry but they gotta be cleaned" Logan says quietly.
Brendan looks into Logan's eyes and feels safe as he puts his arms back over the sink, burying his face into Logan's shoulder.
After Logan determines Brendan does not need stitches, he peppers his boyfriend with kisses before bandaging his arms.
Throughout this whole ordeal, Jack remembers when he did this for Daniel, and it broke his heart.
Logan guides Brendan back to the party and upon seeing the bandages, Lydia breaks down in tears and runs to Brendan, hugging him.
Brendan hugs back and Logan asks everyone to leave.
The boys stay silent on the way home, especially Janiel.
"You okay?" Jack asks his boyfriend as they get ready for bed.
Daniel looks everywhere but at Jack.
"Dani, what're you hiding?" Jack asks.
Daniel reaches in his back pocket and reveals the, now clean of blood, shard of glass.
"Baby, give me the glass" jack holds his hand out.
Daniel clutches it harder, knowing Jack will try to take it.
"Dani please" Daniel could hear the desperation in his voice.
"No" Daniel says.
Jack yells for Jonah, hoping the elder would be able to tackle Dani if needed.
Jonah walks in and gasps at the sight.
"Fucking hell" jonah breathes out as he steps towards the younger.
"Get the fuck away!" Daniel yells.
Zach comes in at the yelling and whimpers.
Zach takes a chance and runs to daniel, wrapping his arms around the boy, crying.
Jonah takes the chance while Daniel is distracted and takes the glass.
Zach is now a hysterical mess, being pried off Daniel by Jonah.
"Why'd he do that?" Zach asks as they return to their room.
"He has a lot of demons" jonah answers.
"Is that what i have?" Zach asks as he sits on jonah's lap.
"I hope not" Jonah lays back with Zach leaning against his knees, they play with eachother's hands.

Jack hugs Daniel tight.
"I-I'm sorry" Daniel stutters out as he clings to his boyfriend.
"Dani, don't apologize. I would die if it meant i would save you from these demons. If i could take them away from you, i would in a heartbeat. Even if it means they'd be tethered to me" Jack soothes his crying boyfriend.
"Its less like demons and more like a storm cloud. The sky is perfectly clear all around but directly above me is a dark dark cloud, threatening to open up. When it does, I can't escape it. I just wish the cloud would go to a mountain. Where I can know it is there, and know it can't hurt me" Daniel says before yawning.
"Just go to bed, baby" Jack says and the two soon fall asleep
